Where in the UK is that ? A 2 bed flat for £650 is impossible . In most areas especially in London you will be lucky to find a room in a shared house .

Let me give you a bit of insight about houses to let in the UK. Most of the houses are what we called Buy to let. We won’t spend a fortune to decorate such homes because of how occupants uses your property. The same goes for the student accommodation. If the house is bought for our personal uses. It will surely be upgraded to the owners taste. Any houses you see that isn’t that nice outside it simply a buy to let property

Thanks for showing us. We understand the difference of countries. But Those houses have tiniest rooms , and kitchen and bedrooms are worse. Besides the ugliness of the houses they're way too expensive and don't match the price. They don't even look like houses, they look like block of old neglected flats . In SA they're called flats . Houses are different they're quite bigger and have yards you can use to extend, or plant lawn or vegetable garden at back , and flower garden and carport or garage in the front yard. But £650 for such accommodation is day light robbery. Not unless it includes house bills. Love your videos.

You can never get a 2 bedroomed for anything less than £1100 in Hertfordshire,Stevenage let alone a studio or 1 bedroomed apartment for £650,they range from £750 upwards.The security deposits are ridiculous being charged almost the same charge as the rent or more,the council tax is something else,water,gas and other bills is now something else..The kitchen of that house is quite tiny thou..

Oxford is extremely expensive, you can't even get a 2 bed flat for that price. A lot of landlords in Oxford do air b&b to get more money as changes in the rules make it harder to make money ROM rental properties - they can easily make 4000 a month via air b&b because Oxford is a desirable location. The minimum you would pay for a house I Oxford would be 1200 pcm and that would depend on the location and how nice it is, I think the average would be 1400-1600 pcm.
