Hi nice video My case is bit different we both parents are in uk and my child is in India . We are on skilled worker visa . I came to know that guardian can attend biometric without parents Do we need to send any letters ? Consent forms ?

Family members you should select, even if selected 3rd option and get option to write something then can mention father/mother or guardian

By this time you would have got it, ask your company HR, if a third party is going to handle your visa process then ask your third party when it will be ready.

Are you sure that for 3 years, fees of IHS for child dependent(if that apply for any ages under 18) are paying just for 2 years instead of 3? And how much if the case is 5 years? Thanks a lot!

No....no. if years of IHS you need to pay based on status of your visa validity in UK. Let's suppose you have 3 years skilled worker visa but you are applying for child visa after your 1 year already over in uk then you need to pay for 2 years for your kid, if you completed 2yrs in uk before applying for child visa then need to pay for 1yr IHS, if you and kid both are coming to uk for very first time then you need to pay IHS for 3 years for baby. Also prices are going to change soon. Price will be automatically calculated when you apply for child based on your COS

You can't decide if you want for 3 year or 5years for your kids. It all depends on your visa status. If skilled worker person is on 5 year uk visa the child can apply for 5yrs if skilled worker on 3yrs visa then child can get for 3yrs only

@travel4life13 I appreciate your reply, me and my dependents now on the psw visa, which will expire in Nov 2025, in this case, especially for my dependents. When I pay the IHS, is it automatically deducted the difference period of psw and dependents skilled work visa ihs? Thanks so much!

In this case it will be for 2yrs. Automatic calculation based on your visa

VAF number you will find in your 3 months UK visa vignette attached in your passport, look on top right below valid until field.

Gwf will be in your application number when you have applied for skilled worker visa. At that time you must have downloaded complete fill application form or in VFS appointment letter

Yes..bank statements from last 3 months if you are sponsoring your kid, if your company sponsorer for your kid then no need to show bank statements

Try giving for 9 only months even if it does not allow to proceed then give same address for 2yrs.

So on internet you may find various styles/format but main content will be same.
