PART TWO IS OUT GO WATCH IT! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WK2ZKP1YA6M.html Thanks to Jumless for helping with the map! I see a lot of people commenting stuff about how "X doesnt make sense!" or that I must have some kind of agenda. First off, this isn't meant to be 'realistic' second, no I do not have an agenda. And third, *please be respectful when giving constructive criticism.* Real quick, I'm not sure if anyone will be taking any offense to this, but I represented the green team as "Islamic revolts" mainly because I couldn't think of what else to call them at the time, I was tired, I don't hate Islam I swear 😭 And as stated in the disclaimer, this video does NOT represent my view of the situation and is NOT meant to be political!
Wouldn't Ireland use the opportunity to retake the North. Same goes for Scottish independence. Would be nice if u could remake this showing these things :)
@@bestevil. Ireland has a very weak military. If the UK can't handle the rebellions in Northern Ireland, just imagine how it would turn out for Ireland. But yeah, scotland would absolutely break away from this conflict, kinda sucks I didn't show that, oh well. I'm not sure if I will remake this right away, I have some other things i'm planning on making too :)
@@Emperor_Creeper while that is true you need to remember that Northern Ireland only has a small population 1.2 million. Given the situation the majority of people in the country would happily accept Irish rule for dozens of reasons
I always thought the most realistic portrayal of how a current day Civil War might start was Euel Arden’s novel, Down Here in the Warmth. Great book. How can you go wrong with Militia on the streets of Manhattan.
Very nice! I do think getting advice from Fireblade on this probably wasn't the best decision due to his clear bias, but other than that the war very very nice eye candy
I do have alot of questions to ask? 1. Why didn't NATO intervene in the Civil War? 2. Why Ireland didnt retake Northern Ireland? 3. What happened to the Muslim Rebels? 4. Why didn't Scotland declare independence? 5. What did Russia, China or Iran respond or involes with the Civil war? 6. Are the Far-Right remained Pro-Israel?
Here’s some answers: 1: There is no article in Nato that demands intervention in a civil war. 2: It still has a large Protestant population that are loyal to Britain and their army couldn’t hope to stand up to the military of whoever won the civil war. 3: Destruction and military defeat. 4: Scottish independence movements have been in decline in recent years and are at a low point where it would not be a popular move, especially combined with the massive loss of seats and therefore popularity of the Scottish National Party (SNP) 5:They wouldn’t to not create tensions with the labour government and other nations allied to the labour government. 6: Not very important but they either take a stance of non-involvement or a pro-Israel stance. Hope this helps
2. ROI wouldn't want to invade the UK, nor break the terms of the Good Friday Agreement. Although the ROI would possibly enter Derry to keep the peace.
@@Legend21for Scottish independence movements and Irish independence movements have for the most part collapsed in recent years, and the far right vs Labour was an issue on immigration, had no reason to spark up independence movements in Scotland and NI
I'm sorry I didn't see this comment any sooner. First off, I reaaaally should've specified this but the scenario isn't entirely meant to be realistic, so uh yeah. 1. The conflict was very short lasting under a month and the rebels disrupted a lot of the possible supply routes. 2. They have a small military and there could be a serious risk that invading northern Ireland would spark the Irish right to rise up too. 4. Yeah they likely would've in this scenario, my bad. 5. They can't, the UK is faaar away and the oceans would be occupied with the British navy. 6. Quick clarification, they aren't all far right, in this timeline the Keir administration goes more authoritarian and there is just more unrest and resistance against him, thus sparking this event. There would be major reforms in the new UK government, which would result in the Reform party becoming the dominant party, if I recall correctly Nigel Farage supports Israel and he would become the PM of the new UK. Thanks for watching, I hope this helps.
@@soopy6667 Ohh, I didn't know this, one excuse I do sort of have for why I didn't put scotland in this video is that this revolution came and went really fast essentially catching everyone off guard.
I think something that would help for future videos on the UK is look at which party won in each area and which party was runner up and also the religious and ethnic stats for major cities.
Love the video, I Know I couldn’t have made something like this but in my mind I can never see the revolts winning especially with aid from allies but still great video keep up the good work
Thank you! I had some ideas to make it more chaotic, like an irish incursion into norther ireland, but I just wanted the video to be released already lmao, oh and Ireland has a very small military and probably wouldn't handle the rebels well.
@Emperor_Creeper that is true, lol. In my version of the British Civil War, Ireland started militarising after the British Civil War began with the Islamists fearing that there will be incursions in the country and in Northern Ireland (which did happen)
I'm no fan of Starmer but voters had the chance to vote against them and they didn't. The turnout was low. Why didn't voters get out in numbers and vote against them?
@@justliveandletlive I should've made this a bit more clear, but in this timeline Keir continued authoritarian actions. I didn't up until now that people could just vote the guy out 💀. But I guess you could say that maybe Keir just enacted some kind of emergency powers which allowed him to veto this vote. Oh well. Sorry for how flimsy the logic is in these scenarios, they're just fun to make.
Saw some people asking, so heres a quick run down as to why there was nothing happening in Cornwall. First off majority of the rioting in the UK took place in central England and around the London area, one reason I've heard is that cornwall votes for the tories a lot, but this doesnt mean they would take part in a civil war. Second... I didn't know this at the time lol..
Let's hope there's no revolution or something, but I plan on moving somewhere else in a couple of years and I'm probably gonna bring my parents too. I hope my brothers will be ok because my sister is planning to move to Greece, anyway... I would hope this scenario is not gonna happen.
Why did the labor government surrender? They didn't even occupy all of London and there were plenty of other cities they could've relocated too as well.
It slowly became apparent it was an unwinnable war, large portions of the military began defecting not wanting to hurt fellow British citizens and there was too much chaos behind the front lines as rebels had snuck past and sabotaged the front lines. Everything pretty much collapsed.
Cornwall leaving is extreamly unrealisitic in any sort of scenario cornish is nearly extinct and there isnt a strong cornish national identity and also i doubt there are any independancd movements there (sorry for my awful spelling)
@@Emperor_Creeper w-what..? i-im a person that claps when a plane lands..? **i fall to the floor** t-this cant be.. "i sob* Emperor_Creeper-chan.. y-you-... cant say that to me..! **i yell** i wont let this happen again... **my eyes turn red and i transform into a wolf** THIS CANNOT HAPPEN AGAIN!! **i transform back into my human form** i-im sorry.. i didn't mean for that to happen...! **i run away sobbing**
This seems a bit unrealistic my friend. I personally believe that the northern Irish riots had a paramilitary element. So the north would be more likely to rebel. Also the territory gained in England is really bad. These people are lightly armed and have no air cover. Who's to say the UK wouldn't pull an IDF move and bomb civilians (though I will complement how this is presented. It's very professional. Keep improving)
I agree with your analysis and thank you so much for your kind words. However I feel the need to explain myself. The truth is I don't make these videos with the intent of them being super realistic, I make them to practice my mapping skills and to entertain people and myself, mapping is a hobby that I enjoy a lot, and it helps me stay updated with the current events of the world, I tend to see repetitive content in the mapping community and alternate history community sometimes, events will generally follow the same tropes but with tiny different spins. I understand why this happens because if things become to un realistic it might take the viewer out of the experience. But why must it be like this? Why must we bend thy knee because someone thinks our content is accurate? What is accuracy? History is riddled with unexpected events coming out of nowhere, I often wonder how many more of these events we avoided out of pure luck or something. There was once a meme I saw that describes this well, text covering a map of Europe with presumably someone critiquing it "Why is Konigsberg owned by Russia!?" "What on earth is going on in the Balkans???" etc., etc., the whole point of the meme is to call out the people who over analyze alternate history without considering how unpredictable things can be, but what this meme fails to conjure is probably the biggest point I am trying to make, and that is what was the author thinking when they made this? Did they really make it to be "accurate" did they make it because they want to validate some political agenda/bias they have? Or is it something else entirely? A classic example of this is WW3 alternate future videos. Often starting out with Russia conquering Ukraine and the Baltics in the first ten seconds, then reaching Madrid within 5 minutes. The amount of people who rage in the comments about how unrealistic the video is completely fail to understand why the author made the video in the first place, all it serves to do is to scare content creators in submission and pump out the same old stuff... "What if the central powers won WW1..? But this time, with Italy on their side!" or worse CVC type content "Germany VS Poland." Perhaps I should've made my intentions much more clearer in the disclaimer, but hey, that's fine. I'm thankful that you didn't take the usual approach and leave some condescending nasty reply, I get those sometimes, not fun. Thanks for reading this if you did, have a good day.
@@Emperor_Creeperthat essay is crazy big I ain’t reading all that, but overall most future mapping scenarios aren’t realistic it’s all just for the practise and fun.
Hopefully it will eventually cease 🙏🙏🙏🤞 I don't agree with the government and neither do I agree with the riots. I just want to feel safe in my own country
Would have placed Labour in Liverpool and Manchester too given despite far right protests, those areas are famous labour strongholds! other than that cool video!
That's fair, in my mind the 'islamic revolts' also include the help of the antifa people, althoug despite this I probably should've taken a look at a voting map of the UK, I was going off of where the riots had taken place.
@@Emperor_Creeper Yeah I wouldve have seen it as more as a conservative vs labour war as many of the rioters had travelled to other parts of the UK to try and cause riots, with a large amount being kicked out after their initial disruption with antifa and anti-racists often kicking them out Would love a redo of this video, I think the situation wouldve been significantly more balanced, I love the mapping style though!
I hope the riots dont take over cause im from an immigrant family in the uk. But i havent watched the video so ill edit after i watch Edit:I hope the video dosent happen in real life
From what I know, the problem is how the government is basically taking in anyone to make up for population decline. The issue with this is that not all of those coming into the country respect it's traditions and culture. Obviously not all immigrants are like this, there is a lot of them who do geniunly love Britain and want to be apart of the Nation.
Whilst it is a very good video, I don’t mean to sound rude but the inaccuracy has me taken aback. You don’t seem to have taken into account political leanings, history and how communities responded etc. Liverpool and the area surrounding for starters would never fall to some far right uprising. As seen in actuality and the response to far right hijacking of protests and actions you would have a far bigger push back and resistance against the far right… even members against illegal immigration spoke against them. That aside, i want to remain constructive, so keep going ahead. The idea, the animation, and quality are brilliant.
Thank you for your kind words! I must admit I don't know a lot about the inner workings of Britain, but I was going off of a map that showed where the anti immigration riots had taken place. I do apologize for the inaccuracy.
Nato would intervene. France has shown an eagerness to intervene in even Ukraine, (though unpopularly), intervening in a war going on basically on your backdoor would certainly be possible. And France does have a pretty large military to my memory. Definitely an agenda here
You make a good point, they would definitely try to intervene seeing as the UK is a nuclear power, the general idea was that this revolution would be pretty quick and there was a lot of partisan activity preventing transport of supplies. I do admit that yeah, this scenario for sure is extreme and that was mainly because I wanted it to be interesting as a labour victory seems a bit bland maybe? Not sure, but there were some things I wish I could've done like perhaps Scotland declaring independence or something. In the end of the day my videos are not meant to be 100% realistic and are to practice my mapping skills. "Definitely an agenda here" Ight, there is practically only one way I can interpret this, you're accusing me of pushing some evil far right agenda onto the world or something..? Yeah no, I'm going to assume you're joking because there is no way you think I have an agenda here, this is just a mapping video. Have you yet to consider that I have a gap of knowledge on the situation thus leading to inaccuracies? Jumping straight to the conclusion that I support far right rioters is really really offensive to me and very extreme of you to claim. If you could apologize or at least clarify your stance that would be nice.
@@Emperor_Creeper I cannot find a single recent war that lasted just a month from my searches. It happening in a major western country is heavily unrealistic. And "partisans" isn't enough of a reason, considering partisan warfare in things like rail and bridge has been ongoing in the Russian-Ukranian war and it is still ongoing. It is not a deciding factor in modern conflicts, at least not enough of one to make a war last shorter than a month/ few months. And for that last part, then what is that "islamic rebellion" little colour on the map doing there? I see it as a allusion of the entire "muh violent Muslim immigrants will jihad and Islamise duh UK" and it's variations.
