UK floods: residents take to dinghy as road floods in Oxford

As flood waters rise across the UK, affected residents are coming up with new ideas to get around. In Oxford two men took to a rubber dinghy, despite the water being shallow enough to cycle in. A passing van created a small ripple, hampering their efforts to make progress down the street, but after a minute or so the plucky pair finally made off, slowly. Report by Lisa Snell.
