Hello Puja? I am applying for PSW dependent visa for my two kids. In the document section, there is a long list of documents which we have to present at the time of biometrics. However, we already provided it when we applied for a study visa last year. I am missing the birth certificate and letter of consent. Expert opinion is required that documents which were submitted on the time student visa do we need to arrange these documents again?

Hi, Puja, Good video. I have question is regarding home office reference number. I am main applicant and applied for graduate visa and received unique application number. In viedo you have mentioned that home office reference number but I did not receive any such number. In your video section of current immigration status asking for UAN(unique application number), Home office reference number, BRP, but I do not have home office reference number, so suggest where I get Home officereference number or UAN is enough for process.

I'm seeking to submit an application for a dependent visa for my wife through the graduate route. My wife is currently not present in the UK and does not possess a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP). I've watched the video and I'm seeking clarification regarding whose BRP is being referred to at the timestamps 4.17 and 6.30. Specifically, I would like to know if it's your own BRP or the BRP of your partner (who I assume is the applicant in this case).

Hi Puja. What documents can we provide to prove we are still in a married relationship? My wife’s name is not on the rental agreement or utilities bill and we don’t have a joint account. My marriage certificate is from 2019 and when we had applied for Student Dependent visa, we had additional proof asked to prove we’re still married. Hi, I had applied as a student dependent partner. I.got the visa, went to UK and collected my BRP. However, I had to go back to India for my mother's treatment. While I have been in India, my husband's visa got curtailed as his course got completed earlier. Then, he applied for a graduate visa and has been granted the visa. Now my question is, is my pervious BRP still valid ( upto May 2024)? Or has it been curtailed alongside my husband's visa? I have not received any mail from the UKVI regarding my visa curtailment. And is it possible for me to apply for a graduate dependent visa from outside UK (given that I have the BRP)? How can I know if my BRP is still valid or has it been curtailed?
