It has been slightly reduced recruitment with changes politically, but the new government could create stability. I will be posting a video soon about it. & thanks a lot for your positive comment.
It's difficult to retain enough staff in the NHS, without overseas staff, where am working, during the shift all the staff , you will see only overseas candidates. Some jobs need someone with aa heart

The reason not land interviews is multifaceted. It might be worth checking if you have strong applications for UK jobs. & If not make your applications stronger. I have seen people landing roles still in the last few months, so I do know that international recruitment is happening. But yes there are lesser opportunities because of several reasons explained in the other videos on my channel. Good luck 🫶
