2012- 2015 കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ മംഗലാപുരത്ത് രണ്ടുമൂന്ന് ഫെയ്മസ് കോളേജുകൾ നേഴ്സിന് പഠിക്കാൻ ആളില്ലാത്തതുകൊണ്ട് പൂട്ടിപ്പോയി. എന്റെ കോളേജിലൊക്കെ ജൂനിയേഴ്സ് വന്നത് 2014 6 പേരാണ്. ഇപ്പൊ എന്റെ കോളേജ് നേഴ്സിങ്ങിന് ഡോണേഷൻ വരെ വാങ്ങി തുടങ്ങി അത്രയ്ക്ക് demand aayi.. I think the time will hit back. ഒരു രണ്ടുമൂന്നു കൊല്ലം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ നഴ്സിംഗ് അഡ്മിഷൻ പതുക്കെ വീണ്ടും കുറഞ്ഞു തുടങ്ങും.
I don’t think the demand will reduce like before. The vacancies to abroad countries are always fluctuating and people do migrate so less retention is one of the main reasons which leads to poor staffing. The central government hospitals in India are increasing day by day and they need more nurses to be trained and recruited. Nursing will be in demand 😊

More than 6months will be a compulsory requirement and selection criteria depends on number of vacancies and rest of the applicants interview performance and portfolio.

Hi Krishnapriya, it would be better if you could restart your clinical experience at the earliest because now you got a pretty decent employment gap so still working might be a good option for you to get shortlisted in any upcoming interviews 🤞

Always there will be opportunities for nurses in the abroad so clearing your oet won’t be a problem but make sure you got a stable job while you’re awaiting interviews
