@@ALISHASAYSBONJOUR an agency should never allow Indonesian women to go work abroad without legal permission of their husbands. The agency should make this a requirement.

What about the ones who are waiting for cos? Thank you for the video. So i guess they said the ones who already got appointment letters will not be called off? Thank you
Yes , she has clearly said that twice on both the webinar session. 😇 If you have watched the earlier session , she have focused on funding issue too and hence that’s the reason that they are unable to start recruiting.
Like mentioned in the video , currently there is more priority for the mental health nurses , learning disability nurses and specialised nurses in the NHS.
I would like to add my cents on this : I strongly believe the NHS cannot sustain itself without international nurses for at least the next 10 years. Therefore, continue focusing on nursing, improve your English proficiency, gain the necessary experience, and develop strong skills in presenting yourself effectively.
@@ALISHASAYSBONJOUR The reason I say this is because my sister, who works as a junior doctor, often mentions that the NHS could potentially manage without international doctors, but definitely not without international nurses. Without them, the NHS could collapse, struggling due to funding issues and inflation. The previous government has severely impacted funding allocation, but hopefully, this will be addressed in the upcoming financial year of 2025 at the latest.
