Worked as a nurse in Regional cancer Centre Trivandrum And GOVT medical college Trivandrum, since 2006 onwards worked as nurse and Clinical Nurse Manager in OLHSC Crumlin Dublin in National center for pediatric Hematology, Oncology and bone marrow transplant for 7 yrs. Has done courses on preceptorship , chemotherapy , bone marrow transplant , and HDU care. He was the preceptor for hundreds of European BSc(N) students in Dublin
After 8 years Moved to Manor nursing home Tipperary, Ireland as Clinical nurse manager worked for another 10 yrs. worked every aspect of UK Irish health system as nurse, nurse manager , preceptor , mentor , lead infection control team , Lead disciplinary committee , international recruitment board , worked every part of UK, Irish health system
