UK Police Brutality Officer threatens member of the public 

No wonder the public hate the police with attitudes like that.

Public servant is way too arrogant (ignorant at the same time). Please get him kicked off the job and what area police is this? No difference between them and the criminals when the public feels unsafe around both.
