Yes because he’s not admitted his guilt, therefore it’s going to trial. The evil bastard is locked up till then. So it’s not two tier policing. It’s how the justice system works. Those sentenced for violent disorder have fully admitted their guilt so no need to wait, they can be sentenced straight away. If they’d not admitted it, then they would have been treat exactly the same. It’s quite simple really.
