no one is going to sponsor now. Too much complicated making it impossible for companies to understand this. Already no one sponsors for IT related jobs for skilled worker routes.
@@sumanthmurthy1642 i am unable to find any sponsored jobs for data analyst data scientist. Even licensed companies are unwilling to sponsor. Same for ML AI engineers.
@@batsy941 Interesting. Didn’t know this. The number has gone down but I’m sure there are companies which are willing to sponsor. Either that or prospective workers have to get on a different kind of visa like the Global Talent or something

So lets say for an IT professional who is on PSW and eligable for new entrant, for them to get sponsored, they should be around on a payscale around 30k? (30 percent reduction in general threshold)?

If the IT Business Analyst and All Programmers job is not in ISL List as the Median salary (Occupation) is already higher, then on what basis they are eligible for Visa sponsorship jobs? Is it on salary basis, does the occupation doesn't need to be in the ISL list to be eligible. Please suggest 😅
Can UK IT companies sponsor someone from outside the ISL? Or can they only sponsor someone whose field is included in the ISL, regardless of their Sponsorship License?
Skilled worker visa is still going to stay, it's only that if the job is in the shortage occupation list then that job gets a benefit of 20 tradable points and a lower salary threshold...70 point system for skilled worker visa will still be working
Thank you sharing this video.. for the people who are already on skilled worker visa based on the OSL. As per current process, companies sponsor the visa for 3 yrs first and then they renew it for the next 2 yrs. So will this affect those people? Will companies be able to renew their visa for the next 2 yrs later?
@patelkintu3561 if you are already on care worker visa now , yes your partner will be given . Simple rule : any visa renewal is NOT impacted but if u applying for the first time ( new application) after 11th March , then you cannot add your dependent.

This might be a stupid question but still have to ask. For jobs that are NOT part of the ISL now can still get a job offer (with min. salary conditions) and still get a skilled worker visa and come to the UK, yeah?
As from April 4 minimum salary threshold is 38700 but my job code salary on going rate is 32400. Do I need to show 38700 or the on going rate which is 32400.
