The requirements are always changing but we only submitted it for the first application. I didn't submit it for my indefinite or the 2nd term of the spouse visa
You were gone in 2 days 😂😂. Reminds me of when my mom came to Jamaica for me and my sister. As soon as she got our passports we were out. Brings back so much memories 🥲. It’s been 12 years and it feels like I’ve been here my entire life 😪. I need to move again lol.
Hi there, I want to know that can third party sponsor the spouse visa? I'm British citizen my husband is foreigner, I have a family in UK can they act as third party sponsors for the financial requirements?
Unfortunately the financial requirement can't be met through any third party. If you are a current recipient of certain benefits though and you have proof of this from Department of Work and Pensions then you could qualify through the 'adequate maintenance' guidelines.
I am a British Citizen, currently residing in Pakistan. My spouse is a Pakistani national living with me in Pakistan. I have been offered a University job in UK and I am planning to go next month to UK. Is it possible that we BOTH can go TOGETHER to UK instead of spouse going after 6 months (on spouse visa) of my arrival in UK? Can the University sponsor her? Please guide in detail. Thanks...
Hi Imran, sorry for the late reply I'm just seeing this. To the best of my knowledge I don't think this is possible. Could look into a finance visa or probably your partner could try getting a sponsorship as well. Try speaking to an immigration consultant for this best advice.
