Thanks a lot wali bi,my visa was one time refused from UK since 2010,reason was economic development in refusal letter,may be some other documents mistakes, that time from Dubai ,UK consulate.

If I have a British sponsor who is sponsoring me fully funded and he will bear all my expenses in the UK so do I need to upload my personal Bank account statement? Please note that my sponsor will upload his bank statement and other supporting documents... Do I still need my own personal bank account statement in that case? Well Social Ties to home country are also very important which includes ownership of house. Even if it is a small house but must be on your name or even jointly with your siblings or parents. My experience says that this document is also important for UK visa approval.
The problem with house ownership is that its document can be altered and faked. Secondly, it can easily be sold even if the person is out of country. Well established ties will be family ties like marriage, siblings, parents etc. and secondly, how well established you are in Pakistan professional and financially. Thanks for your input though. The house ownership documents in Sindh province are not authentic in the eyes of embassies as one house can have several original documents on different names. I don't know about other provinces.
