I fail to see how immigration has improved this beautiful coast line of Kent. There are less jobs less housing and less school places. The few local hospitals are over run and Crime is on the rise, how the hell as immigration helped?
Thanet is a shit-hole precisely because of the Thatcherite neo-liberal policies that the likes of UKIP are so religious about. Yet the people of Thanet do fuck all about it and infact, the majority of the people in Thanet actively support the forces that are doing the harm- so fuck em.
Immigration is why margate is now better than ramsgate, which has no immigration and is just full of homeless people and old people. Cliftonville, is now trying to improve with migrants working hard, whereas ramsgate is devoid of hope and any sort of buzz.

I totally wouldn't want to live in any part of Thanet other than Clifftonville. The rest is plagued by getting randomly hassled by English drunks, or just generally has a lack of community spirit. I know and like everyone I see regularly in the street here, which coming from London, is rare.
I lived in various bedsits and flats round Cliftonville in the early 90s and it wasn’t too pretty then. We had plenty of fun though! Drinking on the steps and all that and I was born down the road in Margate hospital. Go figure.
Ask the police the question if clifftonville has improved over the years and ask yourself what kind of people moved into area as it is only people bring the area hopefully the Londoners will buy into are as there used to living in war zone and this is nothing to worry them and bring normality back
cos a shop was boarded up for a little while they act as if it was out of service for ages!! I live here and go up that road every day and let me tell you. although it is an immigrant shop now, that shop would of re opened with or without immigrants. It is a usual occurance that a business will change over into something new and it is usually boarded for a few days. It wasn't a years long recession that kept it boarded!!

Not really. We need people who can enforce human rights (not having to deal with individual violations of your impersonal and personal space) and civil liberties (right to procreate, right to economy, but not likely to happen here in U.K) and actual real Support through ongoing employment (like a company or rotary staff group that you can pay to wash your dishes, clean your clothes and living space, take you to and from work, cook your meals etc etc). These current circumstances are just not working. Its very poor. Period.
@@mjag2834 i understand. I used to live in thanet as a EU national, and it was a nightmare. It seemed that all residents' problems (especially unemployment, illiteracy and drug abuse) were due to us, and we were consistently blamed for that. So I decided to relocate to medway first, and then to Scotland, which has been the best choice ever. Thanet and its people cannot offer anything other than poor lifestyle, discrimination and mediocrity, unfortunately.
What a load of crap I left margate becouse of this very thing I have seen things that you would not have seen 10 years ago if it's not that bad you are out off you brain I moved to devon and my life is 100 times better feel sorry for the good people left in that hell hole and yes in my opinion it is 95 present immergration
