That is not a pulse jet. From the sound it is a turbojet. Probably one of the small turbojets made from auto turbo charger parts. Pulse jets need a long tail cone to set up the acoustic wave that causes the pulsing.
Yeah, but most don't understand that. Maybe they also buy those micro jet engines for RC planes. They are affordable and some have up to 200 - 300N. I guess that would be faster and easier than building new jet engines
As well, pulse jets, all the way back to the Nazi Doodlebug, need airflow to work, they can't be run without existing intake pressure, if it had RATO bottles it might well be, but it runs at standstill and takes off under its own power.
Many missiles are using AI or IA control system which have no human control but anything with human control connection can be identified and destroyed because of signal connection and interceptor signal connection
It was never designed domestically but from or by your master countries. You can't even afford to produce simply AK 47 ammo but talking about lies and misinformation
Only if both sides fail to gain air superiority like in Ukraine. If you have dozens of squadrons of stealthy F-35s with sensor fusion communicating with the entire wing of support aircraft and other attack aircraft then you take control of the skies and hence the battlefield. Then you just pound from the air and decimate anything in the area you want to advance into and clean up with artillery and drones. Russia doesn't have this and instead can only dip their toes into nearby airspace momentarily to launch missiles or gravity glide bombs that can barely reach the front lines without their air assets getting sniped by surface to air. And when they do save up long enough to launch a salvo across the entirety of Ukraine every month or so, many of the munitions get shot down because again they don't have control of the skies and Ukraine still has plenty of air to air system to keep them at arms length which reduces the impact of Russia's air attacks. But once a country loses in the skies then they will lose their air to air systems on the ground eventually leaving them completely vulnerable to all of their military production and infrastructure being knocked out. This means no drone manufacturing. But again Russia doesn't have this capability and of course neither does Ukraine so they are fighting out a frontline battle with artillery and drones which act really as just fancy artillery in a classic artillery battle.
If it was like this they would never provoke a war with their big next door neighbour. They aren’t smart that’s why they never had a sovereign state till 1991.
I saw a video where they were using this in winter, snow on the ground. it's been around for some time, they are just now telling the media, the world, about it
God is really blessing you Ukraine giving you the ability to develope such weapons so quickly , keep thanking our Lord and saviour Jesus for his goodness to you all!! Keep praying!!!
That is not a pulse jet engine, thats a model aircraft jet engine you can tell by the turbine noise, also pulse jets are extremely loud they were used by the german Doodle bugs in WWII
Inertial guidance has been used since the 40’s, Terrain guidance (TERCOM) has been used since the 70’s, and lunar/celestial navigation has been used for a millennia
@@christopherames9955 Yes, but it already monitors the topography and the roads visually. It probably has satellite guidance. Great stuff, I hope the orcs will cry!D
@@DsA-lr4fr masturbate your mind as long as you want brother If it was that simple to make Ukraine wouldn't take3 years to start using it, hamas would be using it, Russia would be using it instead of using million dollar rocket fuel missiles
u call 400 billion in western high tech weapons poor?😂. you think Ukraine would last 1.5 half months no shipments? who do you think even is paying Ukrainian soldier salaries? in constrast the whole Africa military budget was 51 billion in 2023. keep in mind that Ukraine has slim to none military production, even helmets and armour is needed from west.
It's clearly not powered by a pulse jet, but by a turbojet or turbofan. Pulse or ram jets use the shape of the engine to compress the air before adding the fuel & igniting it. They need forward momentum to compress the air, so they can't start at 0 speed like this drone can. So it must have a more complicated engine, like a turbojet, or a much more complicated engine, a turbofan, to compress the air before feeding it into the engine for ignition.
This is not a "rocket". It's got a jet engine, it breathes air, that's where the oxygen comes from. And, regular drones in the past have been piloted remotely, just like this. But, this one doesn't cost bazillions of dollars. Looks good!
It's not a pulse jet engine, because those need airflow to be present already at start up. Either using a catapult, like the nazi V1, or fired/started from an airplane flying at speed. Since it can start from standstill at a runway, this is obvious. Also Ukraine has already sayed its a turbofan jet engine.
Engine sounds like a pulse jet, another thing they did not mention about a pulse jet is cost, it's much simpler and easier to make than a turbo fan, the germans made it in WWII. Things could get really useful if they could get western companies to make components this outside of Ukraine, truck it in, assemble it at small work shops, and fire these on mass at targets all over the front. Most likely you could fire 5 or 10 of these for the cost of 1 S300 interceptor, and you only need 1 to hit something to get a return on investment. The man in the loop option is interesting, but I still think it has GPS guidance and INS.
@@23fx23 so what? The world needs to pull away from that crap anyway, at least we we won't have to listen too NEGATIVE Nancies such as yourself. Go back under that rock you crawled out from. Please and thank you.
I remember the "ghost of Kiev", and my son asked is the new drone more important inside Kursk or to push Russia back from Donbas region? I responded that it may be the ghost of Kursk.
Changes a few things...first of which is the ability to strike far away targets limited by provided ammunition range by the West. However, this could overwhelm air defenses when sent in swarms or along other missiles...😊😊😊
V2 rockets attained very high altitude virtually out of the atmosphere and hit Mach 5 at one point. These drones fly close to the ground and much slower.
failed? they have hit crimean infrastracture repeatly and stingers have shot down helios... so not really a fail. secondly this weapon is dangerous because it can be deployed anywhere more frontline due to its limited needs and quick deployment.
@@Chivalry2Clipsdidn’t turn the tide if the war at all. As a matter of fact Russia has captured a storm shadow and a Himars rockets and currently reversing the engineering. How many western weapons have been used abd Russia has either captured or burned? I lost count. Next!!!!!
@chopstixsix802 that strike which also damaged destroyed the dockyard at Sevastopol, as part of and in concert with other, drone, strikes has caused russia to pull back what's left of the black sea fleet to novorossiysk or even Abkazhia, and russia has lost control of the Western even Central black sea and that to a country with hardly an effective navy . So it's a considerable outcome for Ukraine , whats left of russias frigate cruise missile carriers there pushed further from Ukraine , decreasing their range ,also port of Odessa open &functioning ships sailing w/out the grain deal, so that Ukraine open for business so to speak its grain&other products being shipped
It's not failing, putin I in toilet now, looking for tissue to clean his excrement, what goes around come around.. Russia cannot win 33+ countries, just imagine one man fighting 33 man..who wil win??
YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY WRONG - UKRAINE IS NOW SLOWLY BEEN GIVEN TO THE U.S. AS MANY U.S. BUSINESSES HELP FINANCE UKRAINE WAR IN EXCHANGE FOR A PIECE OF LAND
if it was pulse jet i doubt they'd mess with onboard air or compressor for start -up and i don't see any air blower or external hose , IMO it's one of those tiny project jets from one of two online places ...
It's OBVIOUSLY not a pulse jet.. It is using a small turbine that was designed for radio control airplane hobbyists. Pulse jets have a distinct sputtering sound while this whines like a turbine.
Wonderful. I just wonder how they dont create models that can fold their wings backward for lightning fast moves. Impacts at high speeds are much more effective.
The Palianytsia's capabilities suggest a versatile and advanced system. Here’s a breakdown of what we know: 1. **Remote Piloting & Autonomy**: The Palianytsia can be remotely piloted at low altitudes to evade radar, and it has precision guidance for both autonomous and remotely piloted missions. 2. **Surveillance & Reconnaissance**: It can be used for intelligence gathering, highlighting its adaptability for various roles beyond direct strikes. 3. **Potential for Drone Swarms**: The concept of using a piloted drone as a leader for a stream of autonomous drones aligns with modern swarm tactics. This could allow for coordinated attacks or reconnaissance, with the lead drone guiding others. 4. **Advanced Payloads**: The ability to carry cluster munitions enhances its effectiveness against a range of targets, including airfields and production facilities. The system's design and operational flexibility suggest it could play a significant role in Ukraine’s strategic and tactical operations, especially if it can lead or coordinate groups of drones.
That's not a pulse jet engine..it's turbine jet engine. The exhaust cone tell you all you need to know..A pulse jet has no exhaust cone and needs to be several feet long with a intake near the nose of the craft. Turbine jets are more compact and efficient thus the air intake near the rear of the craft!
Ukraine is now the most respected military force. Toe to toe with bully Russia.....and the bully runs. Each passing day, the bully gets smaller, weaker, more revealing and Ukraine become stronger, bolder, more determined. Persistent Ukraine. Build your own weapons so you never have to fight with both hands tied behind your back.....ever again.
my brotha, Ukraine still only producing 1% of the weapons they have. literally. you actually think Ukraine would last 1.5 month without ammo shipment or missile or armour. who do you think is even paying for Ukrainian soldiers salaries? look it up. 400 billion in aid was needed, and still more is needed, wayyy more. and money wont fix man power shortage
What are you talking about? Russia has gained more respect than ever for going toe to toe with NATO. Ukraine was demilitarized very early in 2022.Ukraine in life support from 50+ countries.Don't be delusional 😂😂😂😂
@@juanccortorreal3184 small army?Did you say small army? In 2022 Ukraine had 750 000 troops,is that what you call it a small army in your neighborhood?🤷 750 000 men is a small number?😂😂
This 'PALIANYTSIA' design doesn't reflect a load-carrying capacity. It appears it would NOT do the damage one would think for its size. Sure it might have an improved range, but would only carry a small payload no different from the existing UAVs. If they copy the WW11 V-1 'DOODLE BUG design, they could then carry 850kg of high explosives using the pulse jet principle. This Ukranian is nothing but a toy. To see it take off using 'billy cart' wheels proves my point. I champion the Ukraine people for trying.
This is exactly what Ukrainian should have been doing all along is making their own weapons should have been the number one priority of their military the entire West End of Ukraine is not under attack or invaded so they have plenty of area and materials and smart people to make weapons to fight the Russians because let's be honest the world is sick of giving you money Ukraine when its own people like America is suffering so bad with homelessness drug addiction inflated prices for groceries food homes cars gas Medical Health Slava Ukraine

I dont believe that Ukraine is using a pulse jet. Remember that during the USSR period, Ukraina produced lots of engines for USSR. I believe that they still has the know how in producing jet engines.
