Russia should not be soft to their enemies. Russia should guard all their territories to repeat this kind of experience. FYI. That is a cooling tower located a substantial distance from the reactors. Given that the concrete structure uses water its is unclear what is flammable. It must have been quite and undertaking for the Russian’s to bring in fuel to start the fire.
