I think they're starting the EU negotiations while Belgium has the presidency, to get things going if Hungary is being difficult. If Hungary stalls, keep in mind that Poland takes over the EU presidency in January 2025. Then things will get back on track. Slava Ukraini. 💛💙

This is definitely a situation worth watching imo... *AND THIS IS ENTIRELY AN OPINION* as i have not once ever set foot in Ukraine nor this vast border region bwtwen Ukraine and Russia now nor do i have any sense for the conditions on the ground and of the personnel and their morale and motivation level but this specific battle of Vovchansk which appears to be of a much wider effort pointed in the direction of Belgorod by Ukraine Forces does not need to be a full on siege to cause a massive Russian Military catastrophe in this Region due north of kHarkiv City. Also there should be someone in charge from kHarkiv Oblast of this operation even if nominally so. This is not a matter to be handled by anyone in Kiev as there are far larger issues going on with that now. Either way this is War is what it is as well #flexible_response
