Summary: Tactically, situation in Pokrosvks-Selidove-Kurakhove continues to deteriorate for Ukraine, eventually, it will lead to major territorial losses in this area.
Key areas:
- Kursk: Neither side managed to achieve any decisive victory, largely stalled
- Kharkiv: no changes, stalemate
- North Lugansk: no major changes
- North Donbass: Ukrainian forces evacuated bridgehead on the eastern side of SiverskyDonetsk-Donbas water channel
- Central Donbass (Donetsk West): Grodivka is nearly lost, Ukrainian forces are still holding on to western outskirts of town; Vugledar is being slowly encircled and eventually will be lost: Russian troops advanced north of Prechystivka and west of Vodyane
- Zaporizhya: no major changes
- Dnipro (Kherson): no changes

Forgive me, but there's something I don't understand. Why is it essential for Ukraine to regain (or maintain) its territorial integrity if that includes land inhabited by people that want no part of the Ukrainian government and obviously want to be part of the Russian Federation. This has been crystal clear since 2014 for the people living in the Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk and almost certainly Kherson & Zaporizhzhia. (As I understand it it took some quick and brutal action on the part of the Azov types to keep Odessa in the Ukraine.) In the late 90s NATO was perfectly happy to break up Serbia and create Kosovo - and solidify Bosnia. This was done on the grounds of self-determination. I don't see why Ukraine wants to risk its future on the goal of bringing into its borders millions of people that don't want to be there. And, let's face it, the only way to get Russia out of the areas they presently occupy is to drag in NATO and risk WWIII. I don't see that it's worth it - certainly not for anyone living outside of Ukraine.

Dude ... it's a little bit more complicated. As usual it starts with "some" unhappy folks and it seems in this case it ended with a war (which btw was very often the case as history can show us). The Balkan war could have ended like the Ukraine war, if Russia would have intervened - it couldn't because it was too weak. Don't forget all the proxy wars (check wiki) - the list is huge. Always the same pattern ...

What do you mean when you say "Ukraine will be consumed by Russia" if it does not restore it's territorial integrity? This sounds a bit like the narrative we have heard a lot in the west. Narrative where Russia aims to conquer the whole Ukraine and then continue to the rest of Europe. Can you be more specific what you meant?

Crap ... Russia will not rebuild it's empire. It wants a buffer zone around it's border - like USA does not want to have Russia and China arm Cuba "to the teeth". The whole shit show will end with a Western and Eastern Ukraine.
