There was a SciFi-movie 40 years ago (damn, time flies) with Gene Simmons (KISS...) as the baddie, he fired bullets that chased down the victim. Now we pretty much have that... small drones with explosives chasing orcs.
American human rights activist Ajamu Baraka: Ukrainians finally realized that they were being prepared for destruction for the sake of the geostrategic interests of the United States, which have nothing to do with them. The result is massive capitulations on the front line and people avoiding conscription.
Lets face facts. The Bumski Mir has: Lost the battle of Kyiv. Lost the battle Snake Island. Lost the battle of Sumy. Lost the battle of Chernihiv. Lost the battle of Kharkiv. Lost the battle of Kherson. Lost the battle of the Black Sea. Lost the information war. Lost the economic war Lost over 450,000 men liquidated. Lost 75% of it's tanks. Lost 85% of it's APC's. Lost 60% of it's helicopters. Lost 50% of it's fighter jet force. Lost it's convict army. Lost it's best trained men. That's why it cannot even take the Donbas.
@@rickgbarlow1 it's exactly that hubris and willful ignorance what is making them fail, if you successfully convince them that they're doing it wrong, it would be worse for us
Thats why russia just broke through ukrainian defense after the 115th brigade abandones their post right? Because ukrainian morale is so high and those demoralized russians are using shovels ans washing machines@@AdrianOkay
@@IconoclastX dude, when they do a significant advance and they actually take +10% of ukraine, (it has been frozen at 15-19% dominion for a year) you can tell me something, the current state of the war is pathetic where both sides are screaming at the top of their lungs that ''NOW THEY ARE DONE'' because one side manages to take back 40 meters of land, an unpooped porta potty and a baby goat
'Lads, I get the impression we aren't welcomed here. Maybe we should just go home. Lads??!!!! Where are you? Igor!!!! Where's your head??????!!!! What's that buzzing noise?'
@@FS-yz6jk I don't think you understand what's happening, the Ukrainians are destroying a lot of anti-aircraft defenses so that the F16 can attack freely.
Years ago on a construction site I hand dug (pick&shovel) a hole four feet deep in hard ground. The boss came by with a new idea and said "Just move that hole over here".
@@joeblack7660 Do you know how much dirt is in a hole 4x4x4? Answer before you look at the answer. ................. ..................... ............ ................. ................ ...................... ....................... No dirt. It is a hole.
Drone warfare is really scary. Even if you are in a trench, a dugout, tank or armored vehicle, you wouldn't be safe because some drone might drop in anytime.
once upon a time, we have been told St city Kyiv will be Russian in a matter of 3 days! 792 days later, Kyiv remains tall, free, proud and Ukrainian 💙💙💙💙💙 💙💙💙💙💙 💛💛💛💛💛 💛💛💛💛💛
You can see where warfare is headed. Robots will have to fight it by proxy or maybe independently. It's becoming too dangerous for humans on the battlefield.
So how then will this be considered a war when it will be fought using robots? What will be the point and what can possibly be the outcome besides piles of scrap metal? P.S. It has always been too dangerous for humans on any battlefield. Wars will always involve human interaction and mass killings with or without military robots. It just means more people will die needlessly.
@@ukie5130It will be a case of who has the best robots, who has the best operators, who has the best jamming equipment, who has the best satellite connection systems. Loitering munitions with thermal imagining leave humans with little place to hide on the battlefield, and you can't stay underground and win a war.
@@stephenkioko4205We've seen already how Ukraine has practically scared off the whole Russian navy in the black sea using their "sea babies", and the Russians haven't got anyone to fight at sea.
These are cheap $400 FPV drones which are meant to be destroyed. What's the point of spending twice as much for a 4K camera drone which will be used once...
No way in hell does a single Buk M1 cost 100 million usd. These soviet era launchers cost around 6 million usd. A fully loaded battalion of M1s might cost 100 million usd. Where did this video get that a single M1 is 100 million usd?
Most of the Russian soldiers fighting against the Ukraine army were forced to fight, not professional soldiers, and most of them were scared to death and could not fight .
Isn't most russian soldiers these days contract employees - very well paid by russian standard? So they are 'forced' by greed and/or necessity, I suppose...
I am wondering. With the GLSDB glide kits, if you changed it from 2 wings to a setup more akin to a glide suit base jumpers use, could you extend the range on a GLSDB ?? The generic glide kit seem to be more of a steering kit than a glide kit to me
@@jeromejooste3493 Indeed stall speed are of course things to consider. Also not sure if putting a fabric skirt on the back of the small wings would do anything for the glide ratio at all. Someone geeky enough could probably run a simulation on his computer, i am not quite at that geek level myself. Also not aware if you could just fit longer wings to the glide kit, CUZ hang gliders do have very long wings, but then you probably run into a space issue and maybe also a deploy issue as longer wings would have a larger wind pressure when they fold forward as i think GLSDB kits do. But then i get to think what stop you from having the wings folded forwards while on the plane, and then they are blown back to lock position when released.
I've never felt like Russia is a threat to me Ukraine on the other hand with its constant begging thats another story. Im not going to hate someone just because ny government and country says so.
The money Putin is blowing on his pet war is obscene. It reminds me of what someone said about Saddam Houssein's insane military spending: "..enough money to have bought paradise..". And what has Putler bought with it ? Death, waste, despair.
I stopped watching at 2.02 when, once again, the "... Russia expert..." turned up. For goodness sake, put somebody on with Battlefield Military EXPERIENCE !! Academic, armchair (literally), so-called 'experts' are really not worth watching or listening to.
2:49 They said in this video that drones dropping things does not equal things like missiles, heavy artillery and other things. Drones can drop grenades on the Russian troops, shaped charges for tanks and vehicles. Then things like incendiary bombs for fox holes and equipment. Each drop seems like it would be so much cheaper than a 100,000 missile! GMLRS rocket costs approximately $100,000. Seems like you would want huge fleets of drones. Save the expensive missiles for Russian radar jammers and things like that!
