The front line of a battle field is not the place to find out a tank is not suitable for the task at hand. Commanders should know what they have and how to deploy them. A Commander shouldn't use the peasant militia to breach the enemy lines, while toughened seasoned troops provide rear support. The AMX tank isn't a wrong tank.

These are not tanks. These are reconnaissance vehicles. Their whole point to move quickly around the battlefields (hence, light armour) and find the enemy. Then they quickly go into reverse gear and get out after they've reported sighting of the enemy to higher command. If Ukraine have been using these as tanks, that's their beef.

It's literally not a tank. The AMX 10 RC is a wheeled armored fighting vehicle. If they (Ukraine) use it like a tank of course they will complain. It won't fit the role. It's NOT a tank, don't use it like one, use it how it's supposed to be used and it will do its job perfectly fine.

these are armored cars not tanks. armored cars are used for reconaissance. the heavy gun is the car's defense, not offense. its crazy to use armored cars for anything but reconaissance. the ukrainian army is completely correct in their criticism.

if I were the French I'd say "you don't like what we supply you? now you get nothing" the French tanks are obviously designed after the Italian tanks from WW2 where they fought the "fuzzy wuzzies" in Africa who had spears and threw rocks, and the French followed this design for their African campaigns

well the light tanks are a good target for russia drones and artillery. but in my opinion is a weapon only as good as the one who control them or better who plan the military operation. You can't survive in a "light tank" on fire of heavy weapons or if you drive without hiding and on streets.....

Russians retreating every day from simple AFU probing attacks and losing more men than Ukraine, which is very uncommon while on the defense. Makes me wonder why the russians are always so helpless, whenever their trenches get stormed. They are so easy to k!ll, didn't they receive training? Are they numb? No ammo? Low moral?
