Motioncam is generally soft because it doesn't have any post-processing done but it's easily fixed in post. But expect some degradation in sharpness whenever you're using an external lenses on phones, cause putting glass on top of glass tends to do that.
If you purchase the Dreamgrip Pro cage you can use external lenses with the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. With that I'm able to use 17mm and bayonet mounted lenses.
@@AndroMatthew It's a very versatile cage. And every year as sensors start to get bigger Dreamgrip sells an affordable upgrade kit for the lens mounts that is easy to change old for new parts.
I got Ulanzi 1.55x and everything looks good, on normal phone camera, including close focusing when you lock focus, but the bokeh is horizontal, instead of vertical, which is a big disappointment. I feel embarrassed to even post a video showing off the lens, without mentioning the stupid bokeh in the description : D They really have to find a solution to that.
