Well you play vs sans, you can chosse the soul but dt and chara upgrades are unlocked by beating chara and having some wins (dt unlock) but the chara upgrades needs exp and a certain amout of wins. Depends on the character.
Thats for probably hate chara fight for hate soul but remade in the new game they have been leaked about hate soul a bit before too and old hate soul badge "it is time" was in the games badges but for some reason its gone now
at this point, there is no reason to war, i remeber the time here undertale in roblox was rare and even not being good, i was enjoying a lot, people in this day always complain (not saying about you because i get your comment, its almost the same but you get it, probably)

Pure hatred may be for HATE chara,because when i was playing ujd before it got remade it has hate chara which did give hate soul which works like dt but with like a different system
Pls I'm hoping for no extreme FPS drops when the game is balanced and other devices can actually do good in box attacks cause of bugs and other devices can use remodel characters like dustvilief GT sans and killer and others
He comes in the Skin loot boxes during Halloween event periods. Due to the remodel they showed us, it’s possible it’ll be in this years Halloween loot boxes again.
