Wow i expected less editing but this is actually some REALLY good editing ngl. I also liked this video, recently returned to the game after a long time and it feels nice to still see videos about ULC.
noticed just a small mistake, dustfell doesn't give 25% more damage. it starts the LOVE passive at a higher level than normal, at the cost of lower stamina.
Ye it just starts with higher LV buffing your attacks and dmg so its just a attack and dmg buff at the cost of less stamina and probably lower hit capacity
Just to mention that horror sans theme is "death wish", a theme for IHSP HorrorDust, and his full name is Itz Horror Sans Playz (that "in break" its not a part of his name), you could use starving carnage, which was made by ihsp too, but its for horror sans, not horrordust
you can actually negate disbelief's entire gray platform attack by just..staying at the back of the map, judging by the fact that's probably the only reason he's even here? sure most people dont know you can do that but still.
to be honest i didnt know that and i always treated that attack as a insta win lmao even then you can spam basketballs in p4 but p4 is pretty weak so if i ever remake this video il probably remove disbelief
This is amazingly well made but respectfully i'm gonna have to disagree with most of your picks it's still definitely one of the best ulc videos i've seen
Me, as classic/HM main, know some more tactics, like, p1; giant blaster useable 3 times before goes on cd, just close em and use zone, so you'll 75% do dmg (if skilled then chara prob can dodge dat). P2; Use blue blaster and normal blasters to do damage with 85% chance (again, if chara are skilled, then prob can dodge) and if someone survived that spam, then special just end 'em Also, at p2 you can just regen (use force, and when they'll be close to you just tp to get yet some stamina)
great tactics and strategies, i used the one in p2 and it works really well lolll if i ever make a remake of this video i'll make sure to include your tips and tricks
Alright i got a couple problems with this list. Number one outer is pretty good BUT outerfell (and outer) aren't really the best now with the entire no outerouter and nerf thing, oh yeah dustbelief should be higher its blasters increases every time it loses hp which make it spammable (though the rest of the moveset kinda sucks) its passive with the entire it gains hp per kill thing is also neat but other then that stuff w list
mb i didnt know that about dustbelief if i ever make another list db will be like top 4-7ish and after the nerfs outer and waterfall dust suck a lot rn so fse is best rn lolll
Tbh ruins dust belongs in top 15-20 in my opinion, here's me explaining why: First of all he has his bonezone+fireballs+blasters combo which is incredibly good and infair sometimes (how it works is bassically you go in a corner (primerly left)bthen you use a bonezone under yourself and use fireballs at the same time,abd you can snipe with blasters if you stand in the right corner since they most likely won't see them behind the walls Second reason is that his upgrades are busted,the first upgrade isn't that great you get buffed blasters, bone zone and bone throws(and maybe fireballs) and on top of that +30 extra stamina But when you get the second kill you are bassically unstoppable because all of your attacks becomre busted
@@TestNameIsGreenos Waterfell Dust: im about to cover this whole map with bones to the point nobody can dodge it when i have 1 kill yeah waterfell dust's bone spears cover ALOT more ground than waterfall dust with a single kill it covers half the map
These are some characters I think should be mentioning and I personally find op too 1. Waterfall dust with dustfell skin, do I really need to explain this? 2. Joking aside, joking aside has some pretty decent damage and you can basically just camp in his bone throw and bone zone while spamming bone walls, I made someone give up by doing this once 3. Murder sans skin, murder sans has insane damage on all of his moves and you can choose them which I still find really cool, plus he has a lot of stamina and can camp in bone and spin bone which are both really spammable, actually all his moves are really spammable and I overall just find him to be stronger than snowdin dust 4. Uv swap, uv swap isn’t THAT good but I think he is still worth mentioning here 5. Neutral run sans, I know neutral run got a big nerf but he is still a pretty good character 6. Distrust, distrust is just a upgraded version of disbelief but with less phases but even with only two phases he is definitely a pretty good character and will be way too op with more phases 7. Hardtale, do I really have to explain? Ok he has infinite camping potential and is kinda underrated I heard 8. Ts!underswap papyrus, he is a pretty good character with some good damage and can camp in his bone spin but is similar to normal us pap because once he gets phase two he becomes almost unstoppable with REALLY hard to dodge attacks my only problem with is that his attacks take way too much stamina for some reason making him a bit hard to use 9. Negatale sans, with his upgrades negatale sans has some really good camping potential and at max is kinda good 10. Revenge papyrus, people say he is bad after his rework but he’s actually really underrated because once you get FL your damage ascends to the heavens and the block can take away your weapon not the best character but really high damage his attacks are just easy to dodge but he can also camp as his attacks are super spammable Ok I think I’m done with my list of characters that I personify find to be pretty good
i like ur list but here is my opinion: 1) srry i didnt want to include skins otherwise half my list would be them but im making top 5 skins so u can watch that when it comes out lol 2) joking aside is really op but you need a decent amount of skill to play him when you can just use like, us pap and win easily 3) no skins 4) for me underswap sans is really bad but idk some people think hes good so i disagree with this 5) i forgot about neutral when making this list he would be like top 3-5 6) distrust phase 2 kinda gets clapped lol when p3 comes out he will be really op 7) no offense or anything but i genuinly believe hardtale is the worst character in the game right now 8) ts is also really good but he gets overshadowed by underswap pap lol 9) he might have made my honorable mentions but tbh idk if hes THAT good 10) revenge is op but since the new soul scythe update every hp character without block becomes really hard to use and that includes revenge even tho u got 3 repells
Honestly when I see someone who actually knows how to use Science a part of my soul just instantly dies. Fr though, he’s super annoying to go against if they know what they’re doing.
Ontop of US's insane dmg you can also cover his utility needs like more ofensive/defensive zoning, and out of the 4 skins outerswap just does that in a state of balance, your star outside how lame it may look can be used both in ofense and defense and ontop of that it is the only move with kr in your kit, the low cd and stam cost of the move just makes the attack and easy "use it" whenever someone gets close to you, or just likes ignoring your attacks( most ss sans do this) the stars also get stupidly better at phase 2 which can be used more onto ofense and turn to goddam map into a bullet hell due to how constant it is.
Road to Snowdin Dust is Really difficult unless you have a plan or want take advantage of AFK Players once you get Snowdin However, you can get to Waterfall in no time edit: expected Neutral Sans as 1 ngl
ruins dust not as bad as stuff like littletale or pacifist sans grind since u can spam toy knife and get lots of kills also i forgot about neutral run when making this video srry
@@TestNameIsGreenos ruins dust i usually do bonezone + fire since it restricts where charas can move and they can get hit by the fire and i never forget neutral bc i fight have to fight him daily bc my friend (who is also my friend irl) has most sanses at max upgrade (i have zero idea how they did it) and torture me with alot of op sanses and their upgrades and skins (like waterfell dust (dustfell waterfall)) neutral and waterfell dust are *P A I N* (and i use waterfell dust to cause pain)
As a ruins dust Main i can agree It can get difficult at times (Its either you die before the first kill Or get the first kill and win) If ruins dustfell worked it would make the Grind much easier
fun fact: horror has one of the most dmg dealing moves in the game. not his head dog his bone smash if ur hit directly with it (which is tbh surprisingly easy to do) the bone with 1 tap people
Honerable mention: Max dustswap papyrus (aka swapdust) gains 50 stamina back per kill (top that with his high survivability + damage and stamina and he's practically insanely great or insanely decent)
Honestly w video, one small problem tho, extreme isn't anywhere in this list even tho he is a REALLY good dmg dealer and camper, stamina may not be the best but, he can speedrun rounds and beat pretty much anyone
With horror being reworked to become *GOD* I feel like he would be higher on the list (yes I know horror wasn’t reworked during the release of this video but still)

Uh oh i would say 3 place deserves for Distrust maxed, since all his moves are balanced if you actually know how to dodge them and distrust phase 2 has a camping attack since you can use triple blasters to camp while the frisk dies to your mostly op attacks
distrust is pretty good but i dont really think he beats fellswap emerald although now since outer and waterfall dust arent as op distrust may make it onto the top 3 alongside fse and horror

Looking at this top now, still minding it was before some reworks tho, ranking seems pretty unclear actually and some takes are kinda completely wrong. Maybe since this video was recorded game has changed idk, but still gotta mention some wrong or maybe outdated takes: HardMode phase 2 survivability is awesome too, because of blink and the strongest force ever. Snowdin dust cooldowns are his biggest flaws, u need to keep ur bone rush, blasters, bone spin and force of course ready and use them strictly separately, cuz otherwise you'll have no defense and be obligated to wait like 15 seconds for any of those abilities to come back. The only attack u can use careless enough is flame attacks. His bone throw and blasters are actually good and u shouldn't underestimate them, cuz defense again, have shorter cooldown than bone spin and are visibly better than ruin tho his blasters and buffed bones were good too. Dustfell was awful. Emerald's cooldowns aren't really low. Still didn't mention some weird top ranks, like when one character staying above the other with no particularly explained reason, and ranking system, cuz u sometimes were breaking it's rules & making multiple excuses and rules just being kinda weird. Imo it shouldn't be just the highest potential with max upgrade, top should also include facts like: the worth of playing some character, future character's content, dependence on upgrades, the difficulty of getting upgrades, like basically the strength with no upgrades, and cost of the character generally.
the waffle is crazy......... at the start of this video i mentioned how i would rank them, and i stuck to it, i even colour coded the words lmao yes this video was made before empty promises so it is very outdated hardmode has lost his blink, classic sans upgrade 3 replaces him and moves up to 4, fellswap emerald is still overpowered as hell, and fse's cooldowns are overpowered af you have 0.5s for your gaster blaster xD wdym by worth of playing, all characters are worth playing???? future characters content will never be a factor since all characters will eventually be reworked 🗿 theres literally no reason for me to talk about dependance on upgrades, this video is from a maxed account perspective difficulty to get some characters is not a factor since the video is 'top 10 best ulc characters' STRENGTHWISE (I MENTIONED THIS AT THE START) not top 10 'hardest to unlock' characters not going to talk about strength with 0 upgrades since its a maxed account's perspective idk what you mean by cost, all characters cost a shit ton of TIME to max out lmao
@@TestNameIsGreenos nice adding an example of single attack cooldown for single the weakest variation of it, probably the way how u were defining all characters' cooldowns overall 🗿 Don't remember the cooldowns exactly of bone rush/zone, bone trap & bone spin, but their average cooldown is kinda like 12.5 seconds. Ok, so • Ok, final upgrades for Pacifist, Nega, Ts Swap & etc are worth of grinding? Basically worth of playing, hoping you'll get something good in return. No, exactly. • Future content like new upgrades for characters like Dust or Last Breath means they'll get even stronger, so you have a point to keep grinding exp on them even after you've got final upgrade. The difference is the guarantee of that content for some characters, if it'll happen soon or later. Time matters, I mean you don't wanna upgrade some God forgotten character, hoping it'll get reworked and become actually good most likely in very far future. • Yk, "strength" is a pretty arbitrary thing and can be changed from slightly different perspective, term like price definitely can be included too. And after all, this view of "strength" seems much more objective & better, don't you agree, so what's the problem with wanting it? Not like I was judging u for it exactly, too. • You really don't realize the difference in time & resources expenses between some, for example, Hardmode Insanity and let's say Waterfall Dust. Hardmode Insanity - 5k exp that's difficult to get cuz he's pretty weak and 800 wins. Waterfall Dust - 3.5k exp that's east to get cuz he's strong and 400 wins. Instead of Dust can to be Classic 3rd upgrade too.
i would actually argue snowdin dust is the worst dust evo, you get high cooldowns on most moves, making him hard to play like a dust sans (aka aggressive), also, losing the ruins status of basically 0 cooldowns is not ideal

I don’t really agree with dustbelief, I rarely use spin bone to one shot, usually I just use it to make space, I use blasters for dmg and they deal a lot, also his other moves are OK, not bad, (aside from homing bones) so I don’t really agree with him not even being on the list, I never lose as him.
Im think in top. 1 been not only outer can be hm insanity and dustbelief hes very strong. Hm insanity can heal and have high dmg and can destroy save points and dustbelief have high dmg and sans support plus hes final and special attacks very op and im will say if devs add that trio it been to OP and maybe cost 3k exp on every character of outer, dustbelief and insanity trio will cost:20k wins + reset because fro little balance
Not trying to be rude it could be because you didn't want the video to be too long but you played harmode classic phase 2 pretty bad and phase 1 for cheap damage when you load in go to the right side and hide behind the pillars and use the big blasters they will be hidden in the wall
im hoping insanityfell comes back but HM insanity sans is kinda bad rn, your only good damage move is bone throw and thats pretty much it, anyone with a dash or integrity soul will solo HM insanity lmao
Honestly it may be a skill issue but i just cant play Outer because his moves are weird... That being said im gonna go continue farming Pacifist so i get to Neutral finally :p

Waterfall dust is still strong tho and deserves to be in the top. No way horror, despite being cheaper, that many ranks ahead. Not to mention Dust is pretty easy to farm since Ruin & Snowdin are good for it's cost, also will get more content in the future and it's worth of keep farming on him, the same about Last Breath btw, while Horror has a chance to be nerfed. What happened to HardMode tho that he's top 1, especially when there's a Classic who's just slightly weaker than him. If u mean hardtale then no, he's pretty balanced actually and no way he's top 1 too, horror will give much more profit tho also skill & good technique requiring. What happened to Disbelief, he got nerfed or what? Not like I thought he was strong, but still.
@@Oleja2008 I know waterfall dust is still strong, but the new weapons made most of waterfall's attacks useless. You cant camp in memory blaster because of ranged attacks and thats mostly the case with the other attacks. Now waterfell, idk about him, he's kinda in between. His damage is still super strong, but his stamina makes him easily rushable with close combat or ranged attacks. Now, lets get to the waterfall spear attack. Spear is helpful for getting strong players outta the way, but most of the times, the attack doesn't hit. On top of that, spear only has 3 uses and then becomes a melee attack that like deals, 17 damage? Idk. But still its not that strong because its *melee.* Now i think we did the waterfall case. For Snowdin, he sucks. Even with dustfell and default. The price for snowdin just sucks for a charcter thats weak. It deserves to be like 0 exp and 101 wins. However, Murder (aka canon dust sans) is way stronger. He deserves to stay the price he is. But he's a legendary, so he's pretty hard to get. Ruins Is better than Snowdin by a long shot (and his price which is 100 wins, is way better than snowdin.) Default Ruins and Dustfell Ruins are good. Disagreed with Snowdin a bit, he's actually stronger than Ruins, tho just slightly, so u have a point about being too expensive. I think for Snowdin Fell it's better to replace force with Chains. Waterfall's camping was pretty arguable because of spear anyway since it stops ur regening, so it doesn't really depend that much. Spear move is arguable to use generally, cuz they may die faster from your own attacks, than getting rid of them for a while in trade of basically the same amount of stamina you could waste without using spear, but dealing damage
@@Oleja2008 Snowdin was good in the past. But now? Every Attack that you do, just wastes half your stamina. + Chara Side got a HUGE buff. So like, any server can beat snowdin and snowdin fell. The past snowdin fell was way worse. (After the genocidal update part 2) Ruins is better dealing more damage to players. Especially Ruins Dustfell.
@@TestNameIsGreenos it is, i didnt lose with it once! The damage output is crazy and it has a lot of undogable attacks when used correctly. Its posibble to win in the first minute of the fight
@@hyperbolicenjoyer1664 extreme for me just feels like if you dont kill them with big platform bonezone you lose sure you can camp with bonezone but for me thats the only redeemable thing for extreme also dont get me wrong extreme was my favorite character but now hes kinda bad in the meta for me atleast
