One thing i think was pretty overlooked was how effective some of those rocket shots were. That lost sector boss lost 3/4 of its health after one shot and that Hive knight on the bridge, assuming it’s a yellow health bar, got staggered pretty hard. Current rockets can’t do that.

What I love about the darkness is that it’s always been there, lingering. It just slowly became more mainstream. It was in the D1 concept art (which most people don’t look at), and then it was in the ending cutscene of vanilla D2 (but I’m pretty sure it was taken out). After that it was sprinkled into the lore of the Jokers wild and penumbra (which a lot of people did but not all). Then we had it in the main campaign of shadowkeep (which pretty much everyone did). It’s cool to see how the darkness started all the way at the edge of our galaxy, and now it’s on our planets

I liked the vidoc, and I’m glad they are finally bringing back the Uldren storyline. But I’m also not an idiot anymore. I’m pretty confident in beyond light, but seasons always suck so imma just keep up with the storyline but no way in hell im playing that shit. I’m done with the public events and content trickle. I’m excited for the dlc, but let’s be real, as much as Uldren coming back seems exciting, that season is just gonna be hive public events on the planets with an obnoxious vendor system where you just do bounties for one set of ugly armor and a couple good weapons.

Crow finally coming into play after he was cut from Destiny 1 is going to be interesting. It's interesting in itself how Bungie progressed the story to make sense with him dying and being resurrected as Crow. I think we'll see a lot more content that was originally cut from the game moving forward. Bungie can finally get back 'their vision'. And that is a fantastic thing!
