Same here, I remember being awestruck when I first watched this and the music in it, it just screams WoW, such a well made raid movie... I miss those old WotLK days
The best raid ever ! Still getting goosebumps after watching that Algalon fight for the 50th time. So many amazing memories, such epic lines that actually make you THINK for once. This raid was a piece of ART, you can really tell how much passion and dedication went into it.
This era was my peak in WoW, still remembering names of those with me there. I may sound silly, but back then it was trully magical. Now after all these years, it still brings tear to eye
I've played just about every MMORPG that's been released since 2004. I've raided in countless MMOs, reached max level in easily over two dozen titles. I've played modern MMOs like FFXIV and Albion, I've played older MMOs like Runescape and Ragnarok Online, and with this level of experience, I can say with total confidence that Ulduar is the best raiding experience any MMO has ever experienced. This video holds up the test of time, and is a staunch reminder of what it is about Ulduar that made it such and important - and genuinely fulfilling - gaming experience. Comparing Ulduar during Wrath to any current raid in Destiny 2 is like comparing the Mona Lisa to a Dilbert comic - a masterpiece made with unrelenting passion against a bland, emotionless fart. Judging by how MMOs are currently developing, I don't think we will experience anything this magical again.
Omg this is so underrated. I loved this video when I was still playing WotLK private server. Ulduar was closed for us because of bugs. Seeing this video made me happy, and still does today. I needed some inspiration mechanical-themed art.
At the time of writing this comment it is currently almost April of 2019 - BFA Patch 8.1 (Jaina). Ulduar is still the best raid ever made in WoW and a benchmark for how future raids need to be made. Personal opinion: Blizz should remove the "select your difficulty trough the menu" approach and do it like they did in Ulduar - you select the difficulty BY DOING SOMETHING IN GAME. Also Dungeonfinder and Raidfinder need to go, they are what caused WoW to start going downhill. (again, personal opinion)
i would say, dungeonfinder should stay, but give a slight penalty for using it, so people can use it but not with only benefits - there are situations where you really could ned that 1 person and get none
Todays kids will never underatand the feeling Ulduar brought,we wiped so much in algalon or when u set foot in Ice crown first time and saw the litch king or the top of Black temple
***** Wow...Clearly you have no respect for the notions of intellectual property as well as plagiarism (and common decency it would seem). Really pathetic and completely uncalled for.
Atraira Sorry but no. This video has 720 while yours are stuck at 360p or 480p. I took them side by side and this video looked better in terms of pixels or whatever you wanna call it. Your videos used to have HD but it just went away. Shortly after this video was upploaded in hd. Besides he gives you credit in the video title and in the description. He Literally says that you made it and that he does in no way take creditfor it.
Clearly you don't know Atria at all. Not saying I know them personally, but this is what I do know. Atraia stopped making RU-vid videos and went to a Computer Graphics School for Model Editing and Creation. You see that really cool one of a Kind Pali set they got on for part of the Movie or Movies they did in the past? That was Made by Atraia and their computer editing skills back in BC. It is not actually in game. >.> And ummm... Atraia is a Dude. Even for how nicely Atraia asked for them to take it down it would be like someone stealing your things than asking if they can have it than them saying no and you still not giving it back. Now we can go on about how they don't own World of Warcraft, Blizzard or the any of the Music, but common. Normally when someone asks nicely the right thing to do would be to be nice in return.
