Good job piecing together the interview aspects of the story.

There has always been "a mass of folks comming off the train line" on weekends.

That's awesome to learn about but the region tends to build- as if- recession proof with skyscraper tooth pic buildings at 12 mil a unit so this should have happened in the first place. I would question about the building materials used. Hopefully concrete even steel was used more then wood frames etc. for any future storms and hurricanes.
