Ullapool to Durness | NC500 | Driving Scotland 

After a tasty lunch at the Ceilidh Place restaurant, bookstore and bunkhouse (recommended) at Ullapool we drive the NC500 route from Ullapool to Durness, which is extremely varied and scenic, but we don't have time to do much sightseeing along the way due to the distance we want to cover today, and due to the lost time due to loss of top gear.
