Ingredients :-
Shallots (small onions): 200 grams (peeled & cut in to 2 or 3 pcs)
Coriander Seeds - 2 tablespoons
Spicy Dry Red Chillies: 5 to 6
Methi Seeds - Half teaspoon
Methi Powder - Half teaspoon
Grated Coconut - 6 to 7 tablespoon
Turmeric Powder - Half teaspoon
Tamarind Water - 1 cup
Curry Leaves - few
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Salt - As per taste
