Excellent video thanks for uploading! Just a quick correction, you demonstrated Jeanne's sign with hyperextension of IPJ, but I believe it's meant to be hyperextension at the 1st MCP and flexion at the IPJ (like opposite of Z deformity, right?)
Hi.. there are 3PAD (PAlmar ADductors which are unipennate) and 4DAB (Dorsal ABductors that are bipennate) which have been described for the long fingers and are attached to 2,3,4,5 metacarpals depending on the muscle.
