How can I contact yall? I bought an oil pump for my harley davidson M8 and the oil pump didn't come with a gasket on the back of the oil pump? Does the oil pump need the gasket?
I used to work for Midwest Motorcycle Supply (Ultima) but i dont anymore. They rely on dealers supporting their products. So usually you would have to find one of their dealers. Typical to lots of companies and products. They have a public website so you can also find their number and call in, but they may recommend a dealer to go through.
Called Midwest Motorcycle Supply to see if they could help. Found out you need to go through one of their dealers to get anything done on a Ultima motor. Only problem is they are too stupid to know who their dealers are and are no help at all. Sorry I ended up working on their product and in the future will refuse to work on any Ultima product. Big difference dealing with S&S, who have awesome product support.

Hi, I used to work for Midwest Motorcycle Supply (Ultima is their brand) and their communication is through their dealers. So they would typically have you go through a dealer for support. Jireh is a good one try. It is sorta like a car manufacturer, you cant talk directly to Ford... you have to go through the dealer. It is a little flawed though since the dealers aren't as willing to help (it isn't the dealers product). Anyways, Hope this helps!
Can someone please tell me who can bore a set of 4 1/4" Ultima cylinders .010"? No one seems to have 4 1/4" torque plates. Customer service is no help at all and I really need to get these bored out.
We've bought and sold a few over the years, we used to be able to order them unassembled so we could adress any production faults if we came across any, 9 times out of 10, they were good to go.
The video was made for us to display at the V-twin Expo (in our booth) on a continuous loop so we thought it was best to run no sound. This way it wouldn't annoy those working in the booth and we could talk to customers without constant machining noises or the same music playing over and over.
Does anyone here know a way that a person can actually get ahold of a live person at Ultima cycles? I'm trying to find out if they make a ratchet lid for their 6-speed transmission so I can switch mine over to a hand shift foot clutch?
not from what ive seen. the engines are made here. I'm sure there's some foreign parts. Even Harley uses some foreign parts. its a global market now. not everything from china is bad . just like not everything from America is good. Ive got 2 113 elbrutos and both have ultima 6 speeds with open primarys. Both will eat any hd 110 for breakfast. the trannys could use some improving. especially in the kicker add ons. even so I'm pretty confident they can handle the power. I push the limits of every bike I ride. Wheelie , burnouts , rolling tire toasting is all part of my every day ride. Both my bikes run jockey shift and chain final drives.Both built complete for less than aza new Harley with a 110 screaming eagle.
