I'm trying to dress well in summer here in the northeast. I tried wearing a thin unlined sport coat the other day and it was still too hot, had to carry it around with me unless i was in the a.c. indoors. Got to go minimal for now.
@@tommilano5431 its not linen, think any other fabric is hot, even if they call it summerweight they don't breathe. Been going w short sleeve polos, t shirts look too casual without a collar
Okay I break most of the rules but I can’t wear any shirt without a crew t and I also wear light wash denim. Even though we disagree I like your channel and have subscribed. Keep up the good work!
@joecarnazzo4480 I'm right there with you. I always wear a crisp, white, clean crew neck with my polos or dress shirts. Not a fan of the 'V' neck. Call me an 'amateur' Tom. I'll take it :) - Keep these videos coming.
way to make fun of yourself Tom - but seriously, you'd look like an absolute unit with a little more muscle. Speaking from experience though, downside is you'd probably have to re-size your whole wardrobe...
Tom, you obviously don't live in hot & muggy area. You wouldn't last 45 minutes in most of your outfits. Linen shirts are essential in the tropical heat. You wear an undershirt in the summer with a polo? Either you are small or med framed or your living on the North Pole. You must be a small guy.
The issue for him is the look of linen not the function. Some people can't get past the wrinkles. I live in Miami and substitute seersucker for linen. It's much better if you aren't a fan of the wrinkles
