Thank you for showing the Ichthyosaurs! 10,000 years ago, The Great Basin (the area between the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Rocky Mountains) had water. This is where the Ichthyosaurs lived. I didn't realize how big they were until you showed the fossils. They were huge!

You showed in this video there is more you to Nevada than the noise and crowds of Las Vegas. There is beauty and great places elsewhere. Enjoyed your balloon ride and wall climbing. I needed a PAD to keep track of the different places you went to.

I love all of your videos, but this one is especially fun! I lived in Carson City as a kid. I remember going to Bower's Mansion on field trips. We lived one block north of King Street that went up the canyon. I went back for a visit about four years ago after not visiting since the late 80s. Beautiful area with lots of happy memories.

Great video vlog of Northern Nv Norma. Super kudos to you and Travel Nevada for doing justice at some of the areas attractions and eateries. The city of Reno, Norma, happens to be my area for some time now. One of my favorite special events of Reno these past 29 years in the area has been the Reno Great Balloon Race because of what you saw from the air, the glow show, and how close you can get to these incredible balloons on the ground before mass ascension of these balloons at beautiful Rancho San Rafael Regional Park. Loved it Norma!

I have seen the balloon race before and enjoyed all of the beautiful balloons 🎈, but I could never take the ride in a balloon like you did. I think it's the fear of falling out of the balloon for me. Wow, you covered such a big area, with so many fun activities and places to eat. I love eating at Stone House, especially that outdoor patio. Reno is nice as it not too hot and plenty of trees and parks. It gets beautiful in the Winter time but may be difficult to drive through the city if your not used to driving in snow or ice. It's a laid back city

I used to live in a city that had a triple A minor league team and I loved it. Going to their games were so much cheaper and the level of play was pretty much major league quality with some actual major leaguers coming to play to rehab.

Very cool review of other things to do in Nevada. I really liked the hot air balloon race coverage. I only wish you would have shown a little more of the basket a little more of the flying and a little more of the final landing. That is such a unique thing that most people never get to experience. Your videos are good. You don't have to be a slave to cutting and cutting and cutting and cutting and making things go fast. People like you. It's okay to slow down at times. I just watched the Reno Aces here in Houston vs the Sugar Land Space Cowboys. Thanks for showing Reno. Looks like a nice place. Maybe when the Space Cowboys play in Reno I can go there. Though I live in Houston, like Norma, I prefer minor league baseball.

Now this was a very cool video. I'm really big into science museums and hiking. Being that I'm 61 years old and weigh about 110 pounds I definitely couldn't do the rock climbing walls. It's nice that you brought Abby with you on this adventure ALL THE BEST ROCKER ROB.
