Melee community allows Pokemon Stadium with transformations just to have six stages to pick from... Ultimate has like 20 stages that are more neutral than that and everybody just goes PS2.

Of all the available stages PS2 is probably the most balanced for nearly every character compared to Triplats where some characters are either really good or bad, or FD/Kalos where chararacters can get walled really hard. Ps2 doesn't have those same issues to the same extent.

@@spades5713 Maybe. Can't say I've seen a breakdown of how much each character benefits from each stage so I dunno. I'm not big on foregone conclusions.

@@nathanlevesque7812 Ps2 has a layout that allows people to get in somewhat with platforms, but also has enough space for keeping your distance, so in general people just gentleman to it since it's usually fine for both characters.

Almost certainly GameCube controller but you never know. I personally favor the pro controller. You won’t get good at this game playing in switch lite.
