I love the Hillside Condo 4 too. Lived nearby when I was in Chiang Mai and used the gym and many of the facilities in the condo complex. The Furama Hotel adjoins (of course) and their rooms are the same floor plan. I hope you made use of the buffet at the Furama, cuz' it was outstanding value.

Hey Matt! We literally just walked around and asked if they did month rentals and if so if we could see the apartment. It was really easy! You're going to love it here.
