I actually saw a review over mob psycho, and I understand mobs powers now. The percentage meter is how close he is TO LOSING IT. 100%, he still has power over his body. But his power is strong. ???%, No thoughts, just kill.

???% is pretty much off the charts, because the percentage means the amount of rage he is experiencing, ???% means he is so mad that he immediately breaks under the amount of pressure, making him have the urge to kill anyone or anything obstructing him, in summary, the reason why is because he is extremely mad, and he wants to kill anybody that caused him to rage.
@@RamenTheStrongestBattlegrounds not really, ???% is the true feelings of mob, going rampant due to the fact mob locked him away after mob's physical body has been destroyed or hurt beyond use of mob. It uses mob's power to it's full extent not caring who it hurts, due to the only people it cares about being his younger brother Ritsu and childhood friend Tsubomi.
You have to gain your ultimate without dying, if you manage to get it but die, it will go back to 100%, if you kill someone without using the ultimate, it will go back to ???%
all mob's ult moves are one shot and large aoe so yeah it scary (2nd and 3rd ult move could one shot a player if you land them properly) (its also usable one time)
