What I get from this is technique matters more than weight amounts which is great because if you’re lifting heavy but your form is off it’s all for nothing..this is really informative on weight training and reaching your goal
I've learned more weight training tips and techniques from you and Charles Glass than I ever have from any other trainer/trainers. Seriously thank you for all that you guys do! And yes I'm at work on the Mississippi River with the US Army Corps of Engineers at the moment. Gotta keep the grind going financially, mentally and physically.

1. Swoop Curls (ez curl, lift bar right to forehead. Raise elbows) 2. Spider curls (pass the elbow pain, then curl. Normal bar, shoulder width, slight incline, head up & straight. Don't throw it, curl it. 3. Preacher curls machine (shoulder width. Sink down into it a little the pad. Lie slanted upwards into it like, don't sit on the pad. Squeeze in with the bicep.

Dude got bigger but more blocky too,he looked better before,now he’s just a blocky mess,he needs to lower the weight and go easy on the squat rack so you won’t get a blocky waist like you have now,also you need more muscle separation and loose at least 20 pounds of fat ,and u will b set to go
You should watch flex lewis do preachers, leaning forward on the pad and focusing more on the initial contaction would help that elbow gap you have before your bicep

Troy, keep doing what your doing brother! I am subscribed to a lot of fitness channels but I watch your videos more than any other channel. I can tell that you really enjoy helping people. One of your best qualities is that you are teachable. Your not full of yourself. You keep me motivated. You inspire me so much that I bought alot of your supplements. Your supplements have really been helping me with my gains. As long as you're in business, I am an Alpha Lion for life!!! I'm in England. I'm a 45 year old male. I've been on & off with going to the gym for the last 15 years. Only now am I noticing how I want to train better, and focus on form. Only yesterday I did a tricep workout on the cable machine. The weight was light. But, I was slow and controlled and oh boy, did I feel the sting?? You bet I did. But, the week previous going heavy, I felt nothing, because my form was not there. I see too many people trying to lift heavy weights and they end up twisting and contorting parts of their bodies that they're not even suppose to be working. I guess once form and technique is sorted with light weights then a gradual increase in weight can occur.
I know Charles is a genius, but I can’t help but feel like this workout is redundant. Essentially the same angle and exercise just done different ways. Maybe that was the point? I’m just surprised there were no chin ups, hammer curls, incline curls, or reverse curls.
