Isaac successfully built a frame that fulfilled the biking needs. Just needed a bit of insulation. I think Andrew won overall even though his was the 2nd to deteriorate.

This was great! Awesome builds, guys. One thing to make them lighter, would've been to just use 2x2's instead of 2x4's or 2x6's. Would've been more than enough to support you and make something structurally sound.

If it wasn't for the time constraint I definitely would do some poor man's fiberglass make a frame out of 2 x 4 Staples some bed sheets or those throw clothes like a drop cloth do a layer of it with wood glue Staples onto the frame in a specific area definitely put some plastic wrap underneath as well like the kind you cover windows with and then after that first layer starts to get tacky hit it with another layer of the wood glue and put on another one of the sheets or drop cloths take some thin aluminum sheet metal strips screwing them into the wood frame for some structural support either in an x shape or just going up and down with the main walls and then put another layer of the wood glue and drop cloth and if need be use a heat gun to expedite the drying process or even depending on the weather let it sit out in the sun and once I have like five layers of the cloth I then hit it with some primer spray paint or a rhino bed liner to make it waterproof and then I do the same thing with a door frame with some hinges PVC tubing about an inch in diameter cut that right down the middle and then drill some holes into it screw it right into the frame and run some LED light strips and run those off of a Milwaukee tool battery and get one or two battery chargers and some little computer fans run the computer fans in reverse power wise to the battery charger so while I ride the wind hits the little computer fans spitting up the motor working like an alternator pushing power into the battery charger so I can have two dead batteries charging even if it's not a lot of charge it's some and then I can use those batteries to power something other than the lights as well
