To be honest, I loved playing eye-spy when you were organizing your shelf. I wanted to be see what I could recognize/read. And the Atomic Habit book just reminded me of my first attempt to get back into reading but I tried to read only self-help books 💀 yeah no, that put a stop into my reading habit REAL fast. But now sprinkling multiple different genres WITH genres I love and devour, I feel like I can actually enjoy self-help books to some extent 😂
😂 I do that when ppl show their shelves too 😭. And yes I love atomic habits. I typically used to try to do a chapter a day during my bible time and I liked that a lot. But I fell off a year or so ago 😭. Trying to get back to it!
yesss i'm all here for dnfing books. But for me, I have no idea how to rate it 😂 I am generally a 3 star+ rater unless it's a hard DNF or just so bad I had to finish it
Yea I do give 3 stars if it doesn’t do much for me. But if I really like it but it’s not long lasting then it’s a 4 bc I enjoyed it while I read it. And if it’s memorable like I know it will come back to my mind then it normally gets a 5 lol. I’m so basic about it
@@JayMoReads The book would have to be sooo bad for me to rate below a 3 stars. Most books are 4 star reads for me imo. And if I'm dying, giggling, laughing, or had a lot of emotion going through me while reading the book, then I rate it 5 stars (if we're talking about actual whole numbers...) But I'm so stingy for true 5 stars. I have number rating for my books and most are like 4.8, 4.99, 4.82, 4.17 💀Because I like to be able to tier them? Like book 1 is better than book 2 so they get numbers like 4.02 and 4.03 😂my rating is so chaotic
@@JayMoReads it's okay because 12 time slot works fine for me. I saw it almost immediateeeely 😂 I usually just queue it up for a specific time, and then forget about it until I wake up or get around to it
When The Moon Hatched is a little thick and intermediating. I have no idea how you just grab it 😂 But I'll grab it if you end up loving it but that's waaaay to intermediating for me to grab right now 💀 I think another YT also read Heartless Hunter and she also loved it! So seems liek you got a lot of good books in queue 👀
😂😂 yea I knew it was crazy to grab Moon Hatched but I’m excited for the challenge! I will definitely let you know what I think! And yes that’s how I found out about the book(through Cyan Martin), I love her videos! Yes I’m excited about these books…gotta just return the library ones 😂
@@JayMoReads I mean the BEST part about the library books is you don't have to feel guilty 🤣 cost you nothingggg to grab and return it (except maybe gas but let's be honest, I'm there a lot so it isn't even out of the way for me). I feel like I wouldn't want to read that book as a physical book though... just the thought of trying to hold it open 😩 it'd most definitely be a kindle read for me
@@itsmimiduong 😂 I like having big books some times lol it feels like I’m doing something 😭. But I get ya! It is big and a tad heavy and would be annoying carrying it every where! Yes I’m happy to go to the library to get an return constantly 😭

I watched Howl’s moving castle(film was by Hayao Miyazaki-we are watching the collection works) and my husband said the book is good so I plan to read it and the sequel!

same!! as a child, I never bought books as a kid. I was a library user (but mostly because we were a little poor 😅) I'm so thankful for our local library and their resources resources. But yeah, once I got older, I got less and less time for myself. And finally *now* i'm reinvesting into myself and my reading hobby 🥹
Same Same! My parents were big on saving and not wasting! Yes your videos told me about checking out the audiobooks from the library so I will be checking that out finally this week! And I’m so happy to be doing my reading hobby now. It’s the best!
