Hey Papa, it's been a while. I'm so glad you are posting new videos. I really enjoy your recipes. Shamefully, I haven't actually made any. I usually fast and don't eat breakfast except on Sunday. Sunday, I like to make a nice breakfast. I'm going to have to try this recipe this Sunday. Thank you for the awesome recipe.
My wife and I made this recipe this morning. It was amazing. The gravy was awesome. Hard to believe it was keto Definitely adding this in our meal rotation.
@Alex Orozco...this is more or less a lowcarb version of bisquick. I'm not someone that cares much about labels, but a lot of people complain about the ingredients as not being clean, what ever that is, but to me its fine. It does not really simulate Bisquick, its similar. Biscuits are not so tasty in my opinion but some on RU-vid have improved that recipe. Just look for it if you have an interest. It makes tolerable pancakes but there is a texture that you have to get beyond. I experiment from time to time with the mix. It's not good as a batter for fried chicken because it burns so fast. That same youtuber that improved the biscuits also improved that fried chicken recipe. But PaPa G has some very nice recipes too that include this mix, as you can see. I'm glad he has an open mind on the ingredients he uses. It makes the cooking and keeping in line with lowcarb cooking a little more creative and easier.
What a great recipe - my favorite meal is also Sausage Gravy and Biscuits - grew up on it eating every Sat and Sun morning over looking Smith Mountain lake - this is a great spin on the traditional - I enjoyed it allot and will make keep it in my recipe book
Looks delish! Kind of like a baked egg dumpling bake. I would never think to pour the eggs onto the dough and bake it that way but,looks so good! I use Carbquik, I’ve ordered fromAmazonin the past but just noticed it returned to my local Walmart after a lengthy absence. You have a wonderful speaking voice. Very soothing. I usually make biscuits and gravy using the keto version of red lobster biscuits. Wasn’t too fond of carb quick, but am Going to have to give this a try and see if it changes my mind. Your recipes have not disappointed so far. 😉. Thank you!

Carbquik is a bit expensive, but I’m going to give it a try. I’ve always heard, “if it’s too good to be true, it usually is.” I’m gonna check my blood sugar level a couple hours after I consume this, then I’ll update my post.

We absolutely enjoy PapaG recipes but I really dislike having to type out the instructions as I watch and/or listen. Does anyone know a best way to do that?
