Hey I’m glad you enjoyed the video, our episode after this was the Rockies, which is personally my favourite video from Canada so check that out too! At 28 mins it shows Kamloops but I think you might be referring to around 26mins which is Joffre Lakes (I wrote the location of each place as we arrive if you’re not sure whether it’s the right one). I would highly recommend Joffre Lakes and as mentioned in the video make sure you book on the website in advance to get a parking spot. Have an awesome time!!
I will I have been to Vancouver when I was a teen back when we didn't need a passport to cross over from USA it was a nice trip we flew from Birmingham AL to Seattle spent time there went to yellowstone and montana as well @@GlobalTravelStories

Hi, not sure why they said to avoid it, wasn’t a terrible place from what we saw, there just wasn’t much there. So if you are just staying the night to break up the journey then no problems. If you return via Banff it is worth while staying around Kelowna or the lakes down there, very beautiful!
