Bro, thank you so much. I paused the video when you opened up the day, went to my charts, and made 2 assumptions about entry/exit (on the SPY one for Tue, Jan 16), and when I picked the same entries/exits that you later presented in the video, I knew that I am starting to understand the process. Took two losses yesterday, and two today, but I stuck to the break and re-test, and limited exposure because you can't win 'em all. Learning better practices helps reinvigorate my motivation to do better next time we get a setup.
If only real price action can be so direct and obvious. Normally it just keeps chopping and retest again and again until people are exhausted emotionally.
Very true, feel like he really cherry picks these trades cause SPY is choppy most of the time and he is on the 1 min timeframe which gives even more fakeouts

Great review on candlesticks! Key takeaway that i tend to forget is that i focus on the candlesticks in between my key levels which are just NOISE! Thank you for the reminder!

What I got out of this video is look for price action at key levels. Not just price action at any random place and to make sure candle closes before taking a trade. The way you teach I can tell you want to make sure it’s drilled into our head
I have a couple questions the first one being....does your previous day high low strategy and your first 5-minute candle strategy work with options or what kind of trading are you doing?
I would really like to see more into how and why some of these returns are generated. I completely understand the R/R, but for your last example 0.7$ is generated/share so in buying 1000 shares you get a 700 dollar return on 182730 (0.3%). But if you instead trade with 10 long call options (as each option controls 100 shares), is the 700$ return generated from at the money calls? With an average cost between 300-500 per contract, that would be 700/5000 (14%). Can you make a video differentiating how option expiration date and "at vs. far" strikes affect potential return? Or at least how YOU pick them? ...im an option seller, so delta is usually a friend rather than foe.
At 16:30 Bro thats fire but I noticed you placed 1k contracts, that brings the total trade at 185k... considering a proper risk management, to take that trade you should have around 20m balance....
