And in late news the Blue Bone puts in a protest on the scoring.... LOL What away to spend the evening, Eating all Frans fish while she is missing in action. BTW The flour then egg trick, seals the fish so it more steams / stops it drying out Strickers, worth the extra min with those quality table fish. You can salt and pepper the flour as well. We Just chuck ours in the freezer in one of those freezer bags when we have finished ready for next time. But really, fresh fish like that, you'd have to cooking over a Burning tyre to really ruin it I recon! Thanks for the Video :)

We have a Barramundi fishing lakes here in Florida to catch some, but it costs a lot to get in there to fish. Privately owned area business. I will have to keep watching you two. Peace.

Agreed. My top 3 would be a toss up between Reddys, blueys and trout. And probably in that order (prefer firmer fillets)

Barra is just a fatty oil fished compared to say red emperor coral trout or any tropical reef species. But I’d also prefer whiting over Barra. Barra are good fun to catch and have a lot of meat on them but it’s a 3.5 star out of 5 for me

Absolutely love the videos! However I did start wondering about one certain thing after watching a documentary on competitive freediving. Simply put I saw how the divers were "packing" air in their lungs before a deep dive. Is there any difference when you guys dive to hunt for fish? Or do you also use a similar technique? Wish you the best and keep doing what you guys do!

In Florida we have a fish called a snook, it looks a lot like a baramundi. Does the skin taste like soap?

Ewwww, electric coil stove. You should consider getting a nice big cast iron plancha, and just sit it atop the grates of a standard gas grill. Much better, and roomier, cooking surface. What a lifestyle ... color me jealous. 👍
