I realise it's super unclear in the video but I figured I might as well clarify here at least ;) Let's make some awesome stuff together!

By losing his sight, he learned to hear his people... Jazza is killing it with character background.

The "prostitute or stripper" being the first thing that came up made me laugh so freaking hard.

I got chills listening to that story. I kinda wanna see this blind archer king dood in a DnD setting now...

I am an Egyptian and every time I see ancient egyptian Pharaohs I’m like “omg it’s us we’re so cool”

“Brief character background” says Jazza, who then continues to list off hundreds of years of lore. I love it.

To be honest, my favorite part of this whole character design was the story behind the character. It just makes it feel like you know the character more and you get more attached to them. Love the video and hope to see more in the future. I might even join in, in the #UCD1, though I'm not really good at art, but I'm learning.

"Did I Draw the STRONGEST Character of ALL TIME??... (Character Design!)" Is one of my favorite videos Jazza has made and this fits right in with it, I love the stories and the progression going along with the art work it makes the piece fun and makes it interesting to watch rather then to just watch a person draw. It also leaves room to expand on that character and story. If he did like a video comic thing and kept introducing new character designs and such it would be fun.

Best story I've ever heard. This mans talent is clearly unmatched.

"Uses his broken bow as a walking stick" oh that's just gooooooood!!! That gave me chills- imagine being a small child or a visitor to the village and seeing that man for the first time, a blind drunkard using a broken weapon to support and guide him? You don't know the story but you know there is a story. That little detail, the imagery and symbolism in one object- that was just *Italian kiss* that was great

oh my gosh.. *JAZZA IS KING ANUN* Jazza: Started out young and ambitous, but overtime grew to do what the algorithm wanted to the point he became almost too big for himself to handle, so then he took a step back and revised his content to become better as a person the king: Started out young and ambitious, but overtime grew power hungry, wanting more land and more kingdoms, until he was forced to take a step back and through being forced to step back, he became better as a person Both needed to step back in order to become the truest, best versions of themselves.

I'm not gonna lie, I'd love to see him take the characters that he is most proud of in this new UCD format and create 3d printed and painted models to have as a kind of collection. Similar to how figurines or action figures exist for beloved tv/ movie characters.. something with this amount of love and lore deserves to be celebrated. Idk, I just think it'd be cool..

I absolutely love these sessions, the making of a story really that really pulls you in while making the character so much more interesting.

I'm over 2 years late to this but I love this so MUCH. The story had me completely captivated and the design turned out BADASS.

This dude as a sculpture would be so dope! Especially if he's drawing his massive bow. That would look so cool to see in a 3D medium.

I would read at least 3 books about this guy. The buff and elderly part reminds me of uncle Iroh from Avatar. Love it

I’d love to see him as a sculpey statue, painted and finished with pearlex pigments and lots of fine details!!!

A cool challenge for jazza: create an environment after listening to a song that would fit the style and atmosphere of that song.

lol literally blinded by his own hubris, loved the format with the story over the sketching. An Egyptian style clay sculpture of him but in like the style of Egyptian stone statues (kind of stiff posture, angular, possibly slightly destroyed with age) would be really cool

I really appreciate Jazza narrating what the character's plot could be while drawing, as if I'm listening to a story and his drawing is a visual aesthetic...
