Thanks! No, you can actually have them by themselves. However, if you're planning to be moving it around I wouldn't recommend it since the cards will bounce a little bit, but just for storage them it's perfectly fine.
I would have to make a new video. I can tell you that Yugi card fit but wiggle a little bit so probably not good to move them around much. Magic cards fit better but also wiggle a little bit. Just for storing the cards works great but not so much for transporting them without the boxes.
