Hope you learned, but to answer not all skills give 2 some give just one. And some depends on skill ultimate skill

I only have 2 sets of yellow plume , kinda hard to get as a f2p since in angel ruins we face players with 3-5m power but already got 2 of lucky so im close to finish another set xd

Purple plumes are kinda good comparing to yellow, just that you can’t upgrade purple runes. But before upgrade it’s almost same! So don’t worry

Cyclone is the best skill in rune mage. You might confused with the build who is under P9

Honestly, however, I want to defend the cyclone build. Meteor might be better at lower levels due to its cooldown, but I'm still in love with cyclone. So, it's up to you." "The main thing I notice is that many people use meteor because of its low cooldown, but they don't actually use the skill even when it's available. If you genuinely plan on using meteor, you should make use of it. "TL;DR: Cyclone is a better version of meteor, albeit with a longer cooldown."
