Very good video. Pls also advise people it may be easy to open a Pvt Ltd company, but closing it is very difficult. Because CA and CS both will discourage you to close it. There are procedures to follow. Finally you have to pay lot of money officially and unofficially both to close the company.

Is it possible if a director and shareholder are the same, then a person only take divident? 2. If an NRI is a director & shareholder and he takes a salary from the company in India, then does PE (Permanent establishment) law is applicable? Consider that person is already a shareholder of pvt. ltd. company in a foreign country.
Yes, It's possible for Director and shareholder can be same. Minimum One director should be Indian. Remuneration part is not clear to me but to make sense it should be.
