Persons complaining about Christelle playing loudly - have they considered that she may have actually been situated quite close to the "roving" microphone and would therefore appear to be playing louder? They are all great players and I definitely appreciate their skills.

Was a really nice moment, had Jay under my wing that summer and was in the room for this. Brendan's last name is Power (not Powers), he's originally from New Zealand (now Germany) and an old master of many styles including some really cool Celtic and beat box stuff. The three kids (now in their mid/late 20's) were all amazing, you can hear long time SPAH fixture "The Santa Claus of the Blues" Buzz Krantz expressing his delight in the background at various points of the video.

In all my years on this earth, I've never heard mouth harps played like that!! That was so awesome it brought joyful tearz to my eyez!! Honest!! As GOD as my Witness. That was Bbbbbad to the Bbbbbone. In case anyone's wondering, 61yrz on earth, 47yrz on drumz & 25yrz harmonica & drumz. That a Great sound u all !!

I also have a mini DV HD canon that I didn't bring. ** The nice thing about the phone is that is is less intrusive than a bigger camera - and it's always there. The tricky part was keeping my hand steady and held up for that long - not knowing when or if it was ever going to end - at 3 in the morning ! **shot with the HD cam with a minor special effect in editing

It reminds me of Ravel's Bolero - modest start, then constantly building up and at the end a massive drop of everythig there is. This video was a sole reason i got myself a harmonica.

I thought this was a great video. Some really good players. It would have been 10 X better if you had just turned the camera (phone) sideways. Then we could have the screen full of the great players. I the beatboxer sounded to be using a harp w a different tuning? and was the youngen playing one with air hole covers for overblows? amazing harp playing all around... uggghh! Funky!

Cristelle Berthon is good man, trust me, she's not AS good as the rest, but her lessons are of great value. And maybe you can't observe her greatness because she only did harmonics, which is booring. Bass and solo is the awesome part :D

@bagelboy615 "jew's harps" have nothing to do with harmonica. a 'jew' or 'jaw' harp is twangy thing you hold against your teeth and plink - do a quick search and you'll find videos.

Give me a break, for an impromptu jam this was pretty amazing. It could have been a lot sloppier, considering it consisted of four people playing at the same time. When it was just Brendan and LD, they were holding it the fuck down. Brendan Powers is awesome, sure he's not a blues player, but this beat was more R&B than blues.
