It’s gooey, moist and so delicious that you would want to make it again and again. It’s made without processed sugar, without butter or tons of fat. It’s VEGAN and really easy to make❣️
INGREDIENTS:
For frosting
🌿3/4 cup cashews
🌿1 tbsp coconut oil
🌿1 tsp stevia
🌿4 drops of Vanilla essence
🌿splash of water
For apple oat cake
🌿2 tbsp flax seed powder with 1/4 cup water
🌿2 medium sized apples
🌿1 cup rolled oats
🌿 1/4 wheat flour
🌿20 dates with warm water(enough water to soak them)
🌿1/3 cup of dry fruits of your choice : I have used almonds, walnuts, cashews & black raisins
🌿1/4 cup coconut oil
🌿1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
🌿1/2 tsp ginger powder
🌿a pinch of salt
🌿oil & flour for greasing dusting : I have used coconut oil & oats flour
🌿1 tsp baking soda
🌿1/4 tsp baking powder
🌿pomegranate & pistachios for decoration
