Emeka, re: pani (water) puri (shells) -- the water (pani) is supposed to be ice cold, never hot. Only when you're standing and eating around a street food vendor, do they hand you pani puris individually ready to eat. They keep handing them to you to eat, and charge you at the end based on how many you eat. When you go into a shop and get a plate order, they put it in a glass so your puris (shells) don't get soggy. And instead of pouring the water into each shell, most people just dip the whole shell into the water, scooping the water into it. It's my favourite street food in India !

There are shops called 'Narayan dai ko momo' at several places around Kathmandu, you should definitely give it a go , it tastes lot better than other ordinary momos their momo is unique, one of their shop is located just bew blocks behind putalisadak .
First of all, Welcome to Nepal, hope you have a great time here. And that round thing you didn't know the name of at first sweet store is called "Sel" (similarly pronounced to sell). Sel is actually made up of flour, wheat and generally goes well with anything for e.g Tea, Curry. So, next time you get a chacne to eat Sel, try it with milk tea, it would taste amazing.
Emeka if you ever want to come to Bosnia and experience village and city life and stay in village house for free contact me Best wishes to your current trip stay safe brother Emeka
You should eat Panipuri with an empty stomach. You won’t enjoy it with a full stomach! And try different dishes one at a time just to enjoy their flavours. Just a suggestion! Thank you!
You should try newari food items and newari plate and their liquor aila in places like kirtipur, harisiddhi, bhaktapur, etc. Also try dessert like juju dhau ani yomari.
